Paperwork took us almost 2 hours to complete due to the reservation being changed by corporate, inputting a rental length of 50 days. I tried to pick up early Saturday (initially set for 11 AM). Could not get customer service to correct the issue. Got the truck released at 2PM so I was easily 2 hours behind.David S.
While it was an overall good experience, I feel that the employee who inspected the truck for us seemed to be a bit annoyed that he had to inspect a truck that morning.Scott C.
I was wrongfully charged for an extra day and nobody can explain to me why. After calling and emailing Uhaul I still received no reason why i was charged an extra day rental. I and extremely unsatisfied with Uhaul and will never use them again or recommend them to anybody. I will be using Budget and recommending Budget from now on. Uhaul has lost a good customer and a lot of future rentals from me.Greg S.

This location was not originally listed as a valid drop off point at the original rental location. This caused confusion with the drop off location people and thus caused significant delay in the drop off process.Jim B.
There was ZERO lighting in the drop off area with no designated area to place trailer. This was both dangerous and confusing. Also, by chance, I stopped at the drop off location the following day (12-noon) and they weren't even aware of the drop off unit after adamantly informing me that it must be there before 10am (I dropped the unit @ 10:00pm because of this and after a 20 hour day)....Jim B.

Rep @ Mijavec severely underestimated mileage (in spite of being given an accurate estimate) in order to charge an "overage" surcharge - in ADDITION to the per mile charge, for the difference between their estimated mileage and the actual mileage. Rep stated truck could be kept for an additional day for an additional 19,95 $ rental fee ONLY, despite being specifically asked if additional insurance/fees would be charged. Received my bill to find that additional insurance, "overage" costs and other fees were charged. In all, I was overcharged on this rental by nearly 100 $. I am thoroughly disgusted with the entire experience! Not only will I NEVER use this location to rent a U-Haul truck, I will also NEVER again use U-Haul! I will choose Budget or Penske, in the hope that one of those companies, and their retailers, will be more honest and less expensive.Cris M.
Truck steering wheel had a lot of play in it , before loading we swept out dirt from the floor. After arriving at our destination we found upon unloading, that the truck had leaked water in the overhead compartment because it was a rainy day making some of the contents wet. we were very disappointed when we received a call telling us the original pick up has been changed. The new pickup place was 20 mins OUT of our way! The attendant was NOT knowledgable about the computer let alone the program. I actually had to show her where to click on certain things. I would not recommend this pick up again. The above made us 45 mins late. Not very happy.edward M.

When we arrive to this location, it seemed that our rental was a surprise to those who were working, and it also seemed like it was a bother to them. The woman who waited on us showed her frustration several times, which I believe was unprofessional. We waited almost 45 minutes to even have the U-Haul in our possession which pushed back of moving time even further. We were asked if we needed packing supplies such as tape, dollies, etc., and when we asked for tape, they informed us that they didn't have any. Next time, make sure all employees are trained on how to properly carry out a U-Haul rental!Sarha C.

The attendant was pleasant but not well versed at the computer input. I was sent to this location which was 14 miles away from the original location given to me on my reservation. There was to be 1 dozen pads which were not there. They told me they were delivered to the original pick-up point but after a call to them, they had none either. Over 1 hour later, I left with my truck. The attendant also was selling goat feed, baled hay and other farm accessories while trying to take care of me.I was very dissapointed with the resevation system and my pick up experience.EDWARD C.

if the equipment had been excellent, the clear lamp near the door would have been functional. the cleanliness was average. i didn't check the tire pressure so can't comment about that. i had no problems with the trailer. as for the drop-off.. .. ..there was a note taped to the door that read 'be back in 30 minutes'. that didn't happen. i called the number listed on the note. no answer. i called the u-haul number and was given another number for the district manager and was told by her to just leave the trailer there. today, i received a text message stating that my trailer was overdue. so i had to phone a rather indignant clerk who was acting like it was my fault. eventually she became tolerable and advised me that the trailer was now logged in. u-haul should have a procedures list and follow it. if no one is at the drop site, the manager should follow a script indicating that i need to drop my paperwork along with the trailer. the drop site had no idea that they had another trailer and had to ask me where i left it. the overall rental experience was â€˜okay'. nothing exceptional. it cost me several unnecessary extra phone calls that i was not happy about.
