mark lHave a sign that actually states Park here. All of the trailers were in a locked fence There was a sign that pointed stating UHaul return but still wasn't exact location. I dropped trailer where a camera was located.

Steven BI was really disappointed on arrival after already having to drive an hour for pick up because my preferred location didn't have the equipment I reserved, the windshield was covered with snow and ice and the inside was really gross…goo in the cup holders, trash under the seats, an unknown brown substance in the cubby. I couldn't start it to warm up or defrost until I was through the whole check in process and the app kept losing a signal forcing me to start over…took forever. Then sit another 15 minutes to clear the windshield just felt annoying. Took 40 minutes plus the hour drive just to pick up a filthy truck.
Natalie BI was able to drop off after hours and with out hassle.

IAN PThe person I talked to assured me that I would get a call before 5pm on the day before vehicle pick-up (and an email from U-Haul also said this). I never got that call. Also, the padlocks on the key enclosures are unique, and I struggled to figure out how to get it open, even after inputting the correct password. Instructions would be helpful.

David DReserved a uhaul for 10 am on Friday, after everything i filled out online was filled out again at the location I was on the road by 11.. was charged 60 dollars though the rental total was 35 (deposit) it is now Sunday evening and I am still awaiting the deposit return and I only used the trailer for 2 hours instead of the 4 hours on the rental agreement, wasn't sure if I'd get reimbursed for bringing it back early, and curious what I will be refunded the deposit, it still says pending on my bank account..
Nicholas EUpgrade truck to a newer one and make sure gas tank is full
amy oDidn’t really matter but the windshield was very dirty and the cab full of dog hair.
