I got there and the person that was helping me was rushing to get me done. Didn't really go over the truck with me and just said its an old truck so worry about all of the damages already on it. Didn't look into the cargo bay and when I did it was already dirty. The cab was in the same shape dirty. Mirrors on both sides was loose and wouldn't stay in place. Creating a safety hazard. Also I checked my bank account and there was three pending charges all the same amounts. I Called the 1-800 number on two different occasions and was assured that it had been taken care of. It wasn't Very bad experience.

I was not given a paper receipt for my rental. The electronica receipt I received did not show the initial gas tank level which was most definitely not full. This rental was supposed to of been dropped off at college station, and I had to drive two hours round-trip to pick this up. Even that would not have used that much gas. The following morning I checked the level and it was quarter tank so I had to fill up

Waited 45 minutes because they couldn’t find the prepaid reservation. Truck was dirty and made us pick out our own blankets because they were covered in Cockroaches and mouse droppings. Not helpful at all.

It would help if the store watched the computer to know that we had an online reservation. Furniture dolly not available even though it showed available online.

I was irritated with U-Haul because I had specifically asked U-Haul if they would hook up the Auto Transport for me and they said yes. When I arrived they told me I would have to hook it up myself. In spite of me getting annoyed the lady in the store stayed completely calm. She made some calls to U-Haul and made arrangements to have a regional manager to come and connect the auto transport for me. It would be nice if the reservations people knew what type of location the customer was picking up from so they could explain when alternate arrangements will need to be made. Then the customer won’t be frustrated. Unfortunately the auto transport had a fuse issue that Micheal the regional manager worked diligently in the pouring rain to correct. I was delayed getting on the road, but I knew he was making sure I would be safe.

We were expecting to pick up a truck (that we reserved over a month prior) from the Bryan Move-It location. We did not get a truck and we were merely referred to the U-Haul customer service line. The customer service representative reserved us a truck in Cameron, TX - an almost 2 hour round trip. I expect to be reimbursed for mileage.

I'm curious what the EZ Fuel fee is? And since I didn't use all the estimated miles i paid for, shouldn't i get the unused mileage cost back?
