Lashonda MAgain, my problem isn't with the location. My issue is Uhaul. I was originally scheduled to drop off in Aurora, I get down there to return my rental and am told that the store no longer deals with uhaul. I am then stuck with a rental truck and no way to return it because if you drop it off somewhere besides your designated drop off Uhaul charges you. I called and sat on hold until I spoke to someone to change my drop off. I then had to drive out of the way to return the Uhaul, but when I got to the location to return it because it was somewhere else than originally planned the gas meter wasn't where it was supposed to be so the. I had to get back in the truck drive to a gas station and add gas because that was cheaper then paying Uhaul for the gas. I will never use Uhaul again after this experience.

vannie sIt was just too far away. I had to drive an hour north to get it. Then drive an hour back only to turn around and drive 6 hours north.
KELLY MEven though the lights worked properly when trailer 1st hooked-up, I had trouble with trailer lights on the 1st night of my trip from NC to OH. They kept going on and off then on again. Being 600+ miles from where I picked up the trailer, I called local, large U-Haul Center on N. 21st Street in Newark Ohio (during business hours) as it was only a few blocks away from my location. I told them it looked like there was a "skinned" area exposing some of the wiring on wiring harness. They said they could not help me and told me to call Roadside Assistance. I said "But I'm only a few blocks away from you and a simple solution seemed to be to replace the wiring harness which would only take a few minutes". Again they said no, call Roadside Assistance. Well I called Roadside Assistance and was on hold for 20+ minutes without reaching anyone, then hung up. I really didn't have time to be on hold indefinitely as I was paying people to help with my moving. I re-positioned the wiring, which helped somewhat and only drove in daylight with flashers on (they worked). When I returned the trailer to pick-up location, they were very apologetic and said it was the wiring harness and if I had noticed the problem closer to them they would have been happy to changed it out for me. They couldn't understand why the other U-Haul Center didn't help me. Otherwise very satisfied with trailer & rental. I would definitely use Mike's Mini Mart again! Not so much the U-Haul Center on N. 21st St in Newark Ohio.
Terrence MWhen I went to the location to initiate contract, the agent had continual problems with the computer entries. This cost me 1 1/2 hours of waiting for the truck. Several hours later I returned to pickup the auto hauler. The agent continued to have problems which cost me another 2 plus hours of waiting for a auto hauler that I already had an issued contract for. The agent would not allow me to depart unless she could show on the computer it was picked up. I called the regional manager who's phone number was displayed. His voicemail was full. I called the president of U-Haul as his number was also displayed. I left two messages. I was very disappointed in the total pickup process but the staff were trying hard to resolve the problem.

les tThe location was fine and truck was fine but U-haul's computer system sucks. Took almost an hour because computer system kept showing wrong pricing and would not correct.
