The person in charge of this location seemed to not really care about customers at all. Gave me the impression that he hated dealing with uhaul himself and therefore was not helpful at all. Kept saying he can’t do anything.

However, I was not billed the milage promised ( 59 cents) by the agent who changed the location and it looks like I was billed for 4 days rental versus two. Could you check this please? Thanks.

we reserved in Moncton and when I called just to have some information about picking up in Shediac, your company made the switch without me confirming that is what I wanted to do. So the morning drove to Moncton to find this out. I had to drive to Shediac to pick up u-haul which cost me lots of time. I had people coming to help me that had to leave by a certain time so I could not finish with the help that I had planned for. Very disappointed and the guy in Moncton refused to make the change so I could be on time for it all. And it also cost me 20.00 dollars for an an hour longer drive. Very disappointed in the guy Greg that made the switch after I told him not to change anything before I called back if the case was what we wanted and then the guy in Moncton who did not give a shit. Very unprofessional people. The guy in Shediac was ok tho.

The service was awesome at the pick up point. You give a two days package deal. That is excellent as long you need it 2 days. In my case I needed it for one day only. I would assume that I actually paid for the second. Which it means I spent extra money for the truck and insurance. I would like my to be reviewed. The truck was picked up around 1pm and returned around 7:30 pm Thank you for your consideration

I was charged a cleaning fee because the furniture pads rented were not folded and I had to put cardboard on the floor because the floor was not so clean when I picked it up. Any excuses I guess to put an extra charge....not impressed.

We were told to park in the back of the garage, otherwise they would charge us. On top of that, they did charge us 25$, saying our truck was dirty. We moved furniture for not even 300km,IT WAS NOT DIRTY, very pissed .We used uhaul,many times and we always cleaned after. That 25$ was extra for them that's it!!!!

Love working with staff here, they are great at communication and helping us figure out best way to haul our stuff. We highly recommend coming here to Mikes Service. It was a GREAT experience for us. Will be renting again ...

Location was not bad, but the truck was hidden behind "Mikes auto shop" 200ft away from the rest of the vehicles at this location. My pick up was supposed to be in Moncton as well. I got a phone call the day before my pickup day telling me it would not be available in Moncton and I'd have to drive to Shediac to pick it up. Also, my boxes and dolly that I ordered were never given to me.

Didn't actually see anyone as I dropped off while they were closed but did email back and forth with owner of location to find out how to return and he quickly replied back with clear insturctions.

I would like to see a jack on the trailer...it's difficult to pick up the trailer and put it on my hitch....the tandom was a very smooth ride.....

Mikes Service Centre was very helpful in explaining why we did not get the equipment requested. The location cant be blamed for the equipment probkems. Uhaul told us it was an upgrade ..reserved a 15' moving van and received a 26' vehicle. .big difference in fuel and driving..it was nothing but a headache. Mechanical problems and poor customer service trying to resolve the issues. 7 breakdowns...hours stuck on side of hi way. ..lost $80 hotel deposit.

This location doesn't accept returns of unused boxes. This should have been disclosed when I rented. Information leads a customer to believed that buy all the boxes and supplies you might need then simply return the unused items. NOT SO. Also we encountered rain on our drive and this enclosed trailer was not very water proof. Lots of wet cardboard boxes to deal with when unloading.

Agent was friendly, but u-haul should advise there agents about the pre pay option. It caused confusion as agent refused to believe it could be prepaid

The guys were very friendly and helpful and I was looked after right away. I showed up with the incorrect size of ball on my hitch and they sold me one on the spot so that I was able to go down the road with the correct equipment and not have to run around town looking for another one. Would use their service again if the need ever arises.

Make sure that the pick-up location of truck is were the customer asked for it. (Has a 75 dallor) cab ride to get the truck in another city not cool.. . Also your Websites should enclude all fees and taxes in the final price at pick up

I was told I could bring the trailor back Monday because they were closed on the weekend and when I did they charged me for 2 extra days.

The man was very rude to me on the phone. He continued to rant to me whenever I attempted to speak with him. In the end I just waited until he was finished and I spoke to him regarding the issue that I had already confirmed with your 1 800 number. He did apologize to my driver when he arrived to pick up the trailer. However the staff had been totally out of line with his behaviour.

I was scheduled to pick up in Moncton, then advised a unit was available in Sackville, I drove to Sackville to find out it was not available for my use as it was for someone who had reserved it sooner than I, then drove home without a rental uit & advised then by Moncton next day that one would be available at 11:10 AM but it was not available until 2:30, I received no credit for my running around or inconvenience & upon renting the unit I was not offered the option of NO insurance ..... ( it is covered by my home owners & auto policy )
