Georgia SIf a customer does not use the equipment should not be charged for it. Maybe a small fee could be applied but definitely not full price especially if it was brought back 15 mins after pick up.

DWAYNE Swe rented a two wheel dolley to tow my wife's car, the equipment was new and worked as it should however, the ratchet to tighten the straps were very rusty and needed lubrication, they let go twice until I supplied WD40 to sort it out. The vehicle would have come loose without this intervention.

BOB HThe trailer leaked and the $3500 reclining chair got wet. It now has an oder requiring professional cleaning. We took out insurance and want to claim cost for cleaning

DIANE GI would recommend Mike but NOT Uhaul. Mike was pleasant and quite helpful. I'll save my Uhaul comments for later as I have yet to settle my "experience" with them.
Lynne MWhy when you reserve online do you have to answer the same questions again inside the office. It makes you not want to bother to fill out all the information online when you have to repeat the same thing again.

REGIS JI have rented the same trailer from uHaul on Mountain Road, Moncton and we were told that they must be the ones who hook up the trailer on thw hitch. However Mikes Seevice center said you do it yourself or I can do it for you for 20$ fee...I was forced to.do it myself bc I refused to pay the $20. I fiund that scheming and opportunist for no reason.
Natalie GOverall my experience wasn't bad but it did change when it came time to hook up the trailer the electrical portion my truck does not have a flat for hook up and the owner of the shop told me he had one that I could buy for $23. I rented two trailers in Monkton the exact same one and the Monkton location loaned me a flat for plug-in so I could plug it into the eight pin connecter on my truck also my price for renting in Moncton was $65 where in Shediac it was $75 I thought all your prices were the same. Please clarify thank you

Doug CMike's shop wasn't the problem. Originally I ordered my 10 foot U-Haul to 1795 Main Street Moncton. I was then told I might not be getting a U-Haul even though I had ordered it a month in advance. Eventually they found us a 26 foot U-Haul at Mike's Service Center. Overall the experience with U-Haul was stressful and unpleasant. I had to drive a massive truck through Montreal and Ottawa during rush hour and ended paying more gas because of the larger truck
Gage GMake the app work for equipment return. This is a source of regular frustration for me. The application hangs at the point of uploading photos of the equipment. They save to my phone but don't get sent to you. When I extended this rental by a day over the phone, your agent Juan was very helpful. I voiced my concern about the app and my prior experience with it. He suggested that should there be a problem I call the contact number. LONG hold time - far longer than the automatic voice said should be expected. I wasn't able - or willing - to wait longer than the 35 minutes I "invested". The equipment was returned on time and in good order. The failure of your app notwithstanding. Accordingly, I trust there will not be a surcharge. The location of the rental - Mike's Service Centre - Top Notch. A pleasure to do business with. I only wish I could say the same for your app.

Stuart SI booked a truck in Shediac NB, I was moved three times before my pick date that was very confusing, I finally picked up the truck where I origenal booked it
JOE LWe needed a rental as our car broke down and we were 2,5 hours away from home." Roger's", was also down that day, so we could not call around for a simple car rental. So the U-Haul truck fit the bill. On reflection, we were given a 20', as the 10' was to be rented.. Perhaps the larger truck could have been offered to the 10' renters(courtesy). There were quite a few trucks. Just a thought. At least the U-Haul came in handy in an emergency.

DERRICK WI ordered a trailer online and specified I do not want insurance. I went to the store to get the trailer and the vendor added the insurance to the contract without telling me. It almost double the price I was supposed to pay. I told the vendor I don't want it and I won't pay for it. He answered it's too late. That vendor is a thief.

GUY EMy experience started with a call less than 15 hours before my pickup was to occur. The call indicated althat the size of truck I reserved was not available and only a 26' (vs 15') would be made available. I expressed my disappointment with this, but because I had to get my father moved this one day, I accepted and made my way the next morning. On route, I called to confirm my reservation and ensure the truck would be there as I had lost all confidence in your reservation system. Little did I know, that would just be the start. Upon arrival I was informed the 26' I confirmed was not actually there and the nearest location to pick up was 30 minutes away. Already pressed for time, I had to go since I only had the one day to get moved. Upon arrival there in the remote area of New Brunswick, I wasn't able to do the self serve option as the person who changed my location pick up also changed from am to pm, so nothing was working. I called the number listed and was bounced around from two customer service reps until I told the last one not to transfer me as I had to get the truck. Now way behind schedule I was growing very impatient, and was asked to send phone numbers of people who could verify I was actually going to do what I said I was doing, picking up the truck, and then, I had to take a picture of my face to send it in as verification that it was me. This part took a while as I mentioned I was in a remote area and service on my phone wasn't good. Finally, after over two hours I got the key code and got on with my business. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had trying to rent something. I want all my money refunded, which I told the customer service reps to note on my account as I spent way more in gas traveling to pickup the rental, and drive it from NB to NS. I was so far behind that I need to make another trip back as we couldn't finish in the time we were left with, and that is even more of an added cost. Please respond ASAP to confirm the refund, and if I don't hear back I will be calling my credit card company to tell them the same thing and ask the charges be reversed. Ryan DI was really upset to know that uhaul wasn't able to accept the debit card I booked the trailer with originally and had to use a credit card when I got to pick it up. Nobody told me that I couldn't use debit until I got there. Also I originally booked a different sized trailer and got a call to confirm the pick up the day before and was told the trailer I scheduled was 2 hours away from where I selected to get it from. I should have been told sooner if that was the case to try and make different arrangements. Because of this, I had to change all my plans I had for months when I originally booked it.

TRAVIS SLe camion était parfait. Par contre nous avions réserver un diable plusieurs jours à l avance et quand nous avons été chercher le camion, le diable n était pas disponible. Donc nous avons dû louer un diable dans un autre rental et ça nous a coûté plus de 60$ plus taxe quand nous aurions dû payer 12$ avec la location du camion. De plus les couvertures aussi pratiques qu elles soient, elles étaient vraiment pleine de peluches ce qui étaient désagréables pour les matelas ou sofa….. donc en résumé la qualité- prix du camion est excellent mais très décevant pour les accessoires.
