Well I was given the choice of checking in inside the store or online and I chose inside the store and when I got there I was informed that they don't do anything with the Uhaul stuff that it's all got to be done online. So it took almost a hour to finally get the keys for the Uhaul and cut my rental time short. Then when I tried to return the Uhaul back online it wouldn't load the page and I was charged for more time then what I used it for. Then I had filled the gas tank up more than what I started out with and I don't know if I got a deduction off the final price of the rental or not. Then I paid $7 for a Dolly and I didn't have a Dolly inside of the Uhaul to use so I paid for it for absolutely nothing. But other than those few things there I would definitely recommend a Uhaul for anyone else's needs.
