The agent working at the warrenton location did not check the truck I rented back in once it was returned the previously night. When I returned the truck back to Franklinton Uhaul was trying to charge an additional 400 dollars due to an overage in miles which was not mines! I only had a 45 min drive. Please discuss this matter with the agent! Thank you!
We were instructed where to drop off the truck. The location was hard to find, and 20 miles out of our way, (that we had to pay for). Cell signal was very poor, making after hours drop-off difficult. Could not reach U-Haul customer support, for any assistance.
They provide great customer care.
