Once again U-Haul fails to meet the online order. You are lucky if you get your rental from the requested pick up, but forget trying to get moving supplies that you requested. It is obvious that the U-Haul company is doing nothing to coordinate rentals only your money to their pocket. Which they then have you submit a review after your move, but their questions are about the location and not about U-Haul's service. The locations of pickup should not be held accountable for U-Hauls failure to coordinate a pickup.

(I'm not very techie) The lady at Milanos was so absolutely kind, helpful and professional that she made my week end on a happy note. No computer or online process can ever replace good, kind, honest, professional person to person service. My experience with U-Haul on this day was exceptional because of this young lady. Most in the service industry today could take a lesson from her. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to comment.

David L.Way too much verification just to rent this truck.. so besides all my information ID billing info they still needed to verify a random second person just to prove what exactly? I never had this problem renting a uhaul before and will definitely skip and not recommend mobile pick up at this location.
Christy P.It was supposed to be 20 dollars a day well they charged my card 60 dollars up front and then today another 134 dollars. The math doesn't add up at all. I only had the uhaul for 11 hours and had it back in time and full of gas.

FRED G H.It was not clean, food particles everywhere. Secondly they gave us a uhual without a license plate.This caused us to be pulled over so many times. The manager there had no resolution for this issue. So we were forced to spend extra money and time for all the stops.
AMANDA R.U-Haul has a problem with their 24/7 pickup service U-Haul web browser cannot track customers like the APP can, so I was not able to access the remote truck key. I had to wait for Milano's to open up and lost an hour of daylight moving. If folks choose 24/7 pickup, it is imperative that the renter has the APP so they can be tracked. And most rental places do not have instant WIFI access, so I could not download the APP from the parking lot. Need to train the customer service folks on this.

Sherrie L.Out to lunch from 11:30 - 12:30. Had to wait 45 minutes to pick up uhaul. Not posted on website that they are closed for an hour for lunch. Other than that the worker was very accommodating.

CLEVELAND H.I rented a car hauler. The only thing I had a problem with was the ratchets on the tie downs. It is not too much of their fault with the trailers being outside all the time. Overall my experience with them was very satisfying.
HARRY S.I rented a pickup truck and a trailer. Receiving the confirmation call the day before I was to pick up the vehicle, I was assured a ball was on the pickup truck to tow the trailer. When I arrived to pick up the vechiles, I was informed there was no ball on the truck. I had to leave the location and purchase a ball to tow the trailer. It caught me off guard with an added expense I wasn't expecting. Now I have a hitch and ball for future use. Except for that issue, the overall experience and service was good.
MARK A.Employee at store pretended that their was no bathroom available to be used by customer. I am perfectly sure she does not go to the nearest gas station to use the bathroom! Totally ridiculous! She was more concern about going to lunch than renting out or returning the truck.

Colin B.My name is John Barnes Jr. I rented an open uhaul trailer with a gate for 7 days and was overcharged. I told them I didn't want the tow coverages, but was ultimately charged in the end. I requested a refund, but was told I'd have to contact Uhaul. That wasn't good business. My charges was an additional $56.00. MICHAEL L.My issue is not with Milanos. I will told by U-Haul to drop off the truck to a closed (out of business) U-Haul location. I had to call U-Haul too many times Saturday afternoon regarding the drop off location. I spoke with U Haul 3 times before the pickup day of the truck regarding the drop off location. NO ONE Listened, WHY NOT. Not Happy.
