COLE M.When someone rents a something for a day but brings it back an hour and a half later because they can't use it due to unforseen issues beyond their control, it might be a good idea to give at least a partial refund if not a full one.

My Jeep turn signal is now broken. Please make sure your brake and turn signals light works

Preston M.I have never been treated in all my years of business with U-Haul and I have used your services many times. I was treated and felt absolutely like a criminal and my adult son felt the same way. I was informed by the agent, Randi Crompton, a young lady, that it was the of all U-Haul locations to treat their customers the way we were treated. Crompton said it was because U-Haul was experiencing a high amount of theft and all locations were forced to conduct business the way she did. We were photographed with her personal cell phone, my personal ID was photographed and captured on her personal cell phone and she insisted in calling both my cell phone number and my son's cell phone numbers to prove that we were not creating fraud with U-Haul and giving false information. Both my son and myself felt like we were being treated as criminals. I have since verified that Crompton's conduct with customers is not typical of other U-Haul location because I called and asked them. I will never do business with this U-Haul store again and I expect to have an answer from the corporate office regarding this disappointing customer service experience. I would advise other customers to steer clear of this location. Terrance. Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Lee B.The local service did a great job. However, I had reserved a 26' truck and was given a 20'. When I addressed the issue with customer support I was told someone had called earlier to let me know. The message I have recorded from Amanda makes no mention of the change. I had to rent the truck anyway because I was in a tough spot. The person, Linda, at customer support told me she would leave a message with the local pick up. They weren't even there because it was a weekend. This is not on ENXX gas this is on Uhaul and your system. Your customer support could use an overhaul as well. Won't be using uhaul in the future.
RANDY S.Customer service was good, but the man who hooked trailer to the truck, did not explain anything just hooked up trailer and walked away, when we loaded vehicle on trailer one tire on trailer was almost flat, tire had to be plugged due to a screw found in tire.

Scott O.Traffic does not seem to work well with customers, I was up graded by traffic and charged for larger trailer than I needed. I canceled and had to use a ramp trailer so I could stay in budget. Also trailer I was upgraded to wasn't returned on time causing us a major delay also making us have to use the ramp trailer.

Jaqueline S.We are just disappointed in general. If I were not a technology person, this process would have been horrible. Not everyone uses their phones for survival. Chuck does not use his for anything having that was required for this rental. It was very frustrating during a very troubling time for my family. It is not this location, it is UHaul in general. We hope to never have to do this again.

Angela B.Uhaul changed my pick up location to Canyon City and did not tell me. This was 1,5 hours further away from the original pick up location. I hired a company to help load the trailer and they charged me $100 more because I was late. A phone call, email anything would of helped.

They also did not know what a barcode was and were quite unfamiliar with online check out. Did not do online checkin as your system does not recognize this location on Apple maps.

Anthony M.Took me 2 hours to get my truck through the app, the truck was damaged beyond the pictures in the app, took forever to get my code for the key, never did get the pictures of the damage downloaded. Wasted 2 hours of my move time that day, only had the weekend to move, I have asked for a discount because of this, was told the location manager would call me back, have not heard from that person yet, terrible customer service, I would borrow a teailer beforw I would rent a Uhaul again. I would also expect to happen what Uhaul customer service said would happen also, for being a billion dollar company.
wayne I.Be a little more attentive to customers. Also the truck was extremely dirty. We had to drive an extra 50 miles to pick up the truck but no allowance was made for fuel for the 20 miles back to Fountain where we had originally re quested it be picked up.

Michael O.Your Customer Service is very good. Tina in your Colorado Springs U Box office is outstanding. Knows her stuff. I used Moving Help to load, can't know if enough pads were used until I unload which will not happen until mid December. Also I added two more U Boxes to initial order of 4, but the Moving Help Spine Savers crew packed only 4 boxes. Received a receipt for the delivery fee but the monthly insurance per box of $12 is still set for 6 boxes. I expect my CC to be credited $24. Merci.
Aundrea T.I recived a text two days before pickup that sent me to another agent. They had to phone and find where i needed to pick up. I have rented a 26 ft truck and 2 trailers to move. There has been a last minute change to get the truck and one trailer that is a out 80 miles out of my way. I dod have reservations that you changed. If service doesn't get better i will use someone else in the future.

Terrance T.When we set up the reservation in the office the day before the price was $309 and then when we went to pickup, somehow the cost jumped a hundred dollars. When we arrived at the drop off, they said it was a deposit and it will be returned. It was not. I would prefer honest price at the start as I would have chose against uhaul. We all have a budget to keep and dishonest price estimates - adjusting on the move day is awful to experience!
Brian N.I use a debt card and was charged full price plus double for whatever reasons..... what an inconvenience! The uhaul truck was not clean and never did we get reimbursed for cleaning the previous peoples rental plus we cleaned our own. Uhsul is a great company and so were the people we went too. My biggest issue is the massive amount of money that was put on hold for a week! Plus having to clean some else's mess was not ok. Would i recomend uhaul.... of course but be careful with checking the truck and make sure u know before hand if your money will be on hold.
