Michael LambWhen i arrived to pickup the keys in the office. The gentleman at the counter sighed and asked me why i wasnt bringing the truck back to him because he had a "regular customer" coming in to rent two of the trucks, one of which i was renting. I said sorry sir. I'm moving to spring hill I'm not bringing it back this way, can you give me the keys, he hesitated and refreshed his screen snd had a very bad attitude about it.

Zulneb Marie RoembkeSo, I went in to rent a 15 foot U-Haul at 10:07, I asked the man attending the counter how long I could have the truck, to which he replied "It'd be for 24hrs, as long as the truck in the lot in the morning you won't be charged." "It needs to be cleaned, and the tank is a at a quarter, it needs to come back will a quarter tank." I did all of that. He didn't end up getting his system to work until 10:39am, I got in the truck and pulled out at 10:47am, and returned the truck the next day at 10:32am that's 24hrs before I both paid for the truck, and when I left the lot. Yet I was $67, and an additional $99. Even though my receipt I received after the I dropped it off says my total rental charges were $97.
Thomas SutherlandWouldn't review vehicle with me, listed gas as over what was in the van, changed terms after online reservation, werent in office during business hours....i contacted them and showed time stamped photos of the fuel in relation to what they listed and they still charged me a surcharge for the missing fuel that was proven wasn't there upon receipt.

John ZoreTook 45 minutes to get our U-Haul computer challenges and we noticed major damage on the vehicle that wasn’t marked with X. We had to wait for personnel to document and Mark. Making us late for our hired help that was helping us clean out our storage units.

I refused the insurance during my reservations and he added the insurance without confirming with me. He continued to question my possession of a major credit card even after I advised him I had the correct form of payment.

Christopher BrownOne thing I needed to mention was the trucks alignment might need to be checked. It appears to drift while driving, and I mean you need to over steer to correct. Outside of that, I was only going a short distance so it worked out just fine.
martin mccoyMy original reservation for a Truck was changed to this location due to someone extending their rental. I agreed and was sent the new reservation information from the previous location. When I called this location to confirm the rental and that I would get the 8 hrs I had originally scheduled for, I was told that I would only have 5 hours as there was another reservation after me and if I was late at all I was threatened with having to pay a late fee and extra day rental fee. When I brought up the fact that I was already being inconvenienced and my reservation being changed and delayed, it made no difference to the person running this location. She even remembered to yell "Don't Be Late!" to me as we were walking out the door. Luckily we were able to rush and get it back on time with minutes to spare but overall it was a bad experience. I will not be renting from or recommending this location to anyone.

It was Friday evening right before closing time and I had friends waiting to help me load the trailer. Breanna quickly made phone calls and arrangements so that I got the larger trailer size immediately from their facility. Her customer service was amazing!!! Thank you Breanna!!!
Melanie CanalsThe truck was dirty and smoke filled. I cannot believe that you allow smoking! The previous person who had the truck obviously smoked cigarettes a lot in the truck! It was disgusting. Definitely not what I wanted, during my move, while being allergic to cigarette smoke!! And, there was what looked to be, a built in ash tray in the truck.. . . This is still a thing? The lady at the pick up spot was amazing though!!!!! A++++ for her!
Ryan BurkeWe rented a car carrier along with the truck. The carrier had bald tires, a torn tire strap and a tire ratchet that was rusted shut. The one tire shredded on I-95 and we had to pull into a truck rest area. Uhaul Roadside Assistance is very difficult to use. After going through 5 people and waiting over 3 hours we were finally able to get back on the road.

Steve BjerksettU-Haul had me drive an extra 50 miles round trip to get a trailer I reserved a month prior to the time I needed it. Had to go to another county to pick up trailer. Called U-Haul and they said tough luck. County I live in has over 1 million people and at least 50 U-Haul locations. Poorly run business.
