At some point, time for updated/new trucks. Overall everything was fine

Omar MI rent from U-Haul 10-12 times a year and have not had any issues/problems with equipment or employees and have done this regularly the past 7 years. Always reasonable pricing on rentals.
Martin HI was given a tow with a tire that was sspit from the inside. If my dad hadn't seen this it would have been a deadly wreck. I advised them to Thoroughly check your equipment.

JEFFERY BIf a customer has to estimate his round trip milage and goes over upon returning the truck, additional fees apply which I understand but that should be explained at time of pickup. If you are charging for going over your estimated milage what consideration is given when a truck is return with significantly more fuel in it than it had when you picked it up? Example I went over my estimated milage by 8 miles and was charged an extra $6.83. When I picked up the truck it had under a half tank of fuel when I return the truck it had nearly 3/4 of a tank I feel that $6,83 over milage fee should or could have been off set by the overage of fuel upon return. I'm just saying!
Johnny BOverall experience was great the first location I went to claimed they didn’t have any rentals available so I had to pick up on base and was told that I couldn’t bring the truck back to that same location but I called the next day and I brought the truck back to the first location I went to I just really feel like they didn’t want my service to start with but overall I got my items out and I’m happy 😊

The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was able to rent a truck on very short notice, even though the U-Haul dealer system had been down all day. He was more than courteous and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I will recommend this company, and especially this location to anyone who is need of moving services. Merci.

Roger OOur truck had no air conditioning it shakes at 55 the wipers didn't work in rain. When I called to extend our days the gentleman was rude and had an attitude.
RUSSELL WVery helpful, we needed the trailer for another 4 days made the transition process very quickly and easy.
Cory fTheir system was down and they were not able to give me the equipment at the appointment time. The employee did not even try to help by calling the UHaul to have me pick up the equipment at another location, just gave me a phone number. I got sent to 3 other locations by UHaul when I was finally able to get the equipment two hours later than the appointment time. When I returned the equipment 45 minutes late on the return date, I got charged an extra $70,42 fees. I rented a truck for my Army unit to move some military gear for a training exercise using a government credit card. After this experience with this location, I will not use it again nor I will recommend any other units to use this location or UHaul. Too bad they're giving poor service to military personnel when the location is inside a military post.
JOEL JThe agent at the counter helped me out to do a claim for the trailer. It had a repaired whole that ended up leaking water on to my things. Much appreciated for his help.
Jeanice BAwesome customer service!!! Quick response to my flat tire!!! I was giving up time of 91 minutes to respond. The gentleman was there in less than 30 change the tire in five minutes very courteous!
JEFFERY BI did not receive my $50 guarantee due to cargo van I reserved was not avialable and I had to get a larger truck, the morning of pick up the wrong lock was on the truck and I had to stand out in the cold for about 1 hour trying to resolve this issue with customer service, billed the wrong amount and refunded less than was suppose to recieve. I emailed Justin but no reply about my additional refund but no response. Not happy Stacy Bell 912-269-3115

ADOLPHUS TPoor customer service, U-haul smelt like weed and needed to be whipped down. Back cab was dirty and had not been cleaned out. Tank was not on 1/4 when I received it. Asked for just extra hour to get house hold good put into storage was told they need it back by 4pm by one employee because a customer was going to pick it up (they had 6 more in the lot) but then was told by another to just call and let them know if I was going to go past 4 and that it's fine. Did what they told me and was charged for an additional day due to one additional hour. I waited till they closed with no additional U-hauls going out.
VICTOR FOnly issue I had was the level of gas when I picked the vehicle up. It wasn't much which forced me to have to guy gas right up front. Not a deal breaker but it kind of slowed me down a little being as I only had the rental a few hours. Overall experience was great. I would still rate it 10/10z
Jonathan BOur pick up time was at 11, we waited over 2 hours at this location before we could pick up our truck. We were told we would be compensated for miles and that we wouldn't be charged for going over time and we were charged for both.
Alexis CI'm still being charged for the trailer even tho the guy I turned it into waives the late fee payment. I turned it in the day it was supposed to be turned in. Not the time because I didn't know it was time specific. And I couldn't turn it in at that time
