Online when we reserved it it allowed us to rent a utility dolly. . But upon picking up the van we found out that the location doesn't have any that they rent. If I would have known that I might have gone to a different location. BUT we made due without one. That is the only mark against the rental I had which was not the locations issue it was the websites issue. The location staff was friendly kind and upbeat. It's a good location and great staff.

Very rude. I reserved the van for 8am and didn't get it till after 9am.
