The guy at the desk's uhaul website wasnt working and he had to use his own phone to help customers. The line was long and it took him so much time. I waited for 2 customer's ahead of the line to complete their order and i had movers coming in half hour. The line was outside and it was sweltering hot. People tried to jump the line as he was trying to help me thru his own personal phone which took so long. I had to argue with another customer trying to cut the line. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX YOUR UHAUL COMPANY SYSTEM SO THAT WORKERS CAN DO THEIR JOB!!

The things we were told we could do ended up not being the case. I was told I could return the uhaul 5 minutes away from where I was moving and then they changed it to a place over 40 minutes away. It was a hassle to even get anyone to respond. I ended up finding one 10 minutes away and went there to return everything. It was such a headache after moving all day to another state.

I rented a 15 foot truck on Friday, June 14 2019 at 9:15 am. This truck broke down at 12:00pm on the Long Island Expressway shoulder at exit 41. I waited 3 hours to have a tow truck driver arrive and to only tell me that he could not fix the problem. I called several times to U-Haul and was told I could not get a replacement truck until the tow driver assessed the situation (I was told by a Ms. Kurleen today 06/20/19 that U-HAUL is not responsible for how long a tow truck driver takes to arrive)I had to put my teenage son into an Uber car from here to take him back to Brooklyn because tow driver said he could only take me and the other adult I was broken down with. This cost me $45 from Suffolk County to Brooklyn. I still had to get my belongings out of storage space in Queens Village. Since this happened, I was not able to finish the move. Therefore, I was towed with 1/8 of my belongings from here to my end destination in Brooklyn, which took 2 hours to arrive at (Elite tow truck driver was upset he had to tow to Brooklyn). I made a complaint with a UHAUL representative on Friday, June 14, 2019 regarding what I will get charged. Today is Thursday, June 20,2019 and I still have not received any correspondences in regards to my matter. Oh, I’m wrong, I received a bill for the rental plus taxes today.

I enjoy working with the 2124 Uhaul location. This is my 3rd time and I always utilize them. They are always available and there representatives are friendly and efficient. I will always used this location. I use it even though it's not my local uhaul.
