The staff was very kind during the difficult time of moving a loved one to assisted living. The truck was in great condition and drove well. The great service eliminated one source of stress. Merci.

The inside of the truck was clean but the outside was dirty. It would have helped if at least the windows were clean.
MARK M.I usually rent my uhaul from an actual store but this time I looked up uhauls and there was one right by my house. I couldn't complete the online check in so I had to go inside, which I didn't want to have to do. Then I was overcharged and was charged for things that I didn't agree to on my online booking. Next time I will stick with the actual store.
STEPHANIE R.Better signage
Diane A.The inside of the truck needed to be cleaned there was soda spilled
Amber B.I had to wait for about 20 min after the opening time for someone to come open the building door. When I returned the truck in 1 hour again the door was locked, and the attendant did not answer the phone. I was over charged for Safe Move coverage that I did not order.
Richard E.This was probably number one worst customer service experiences of my life. After having to change my pick up location due to inventory, I arrived at the new pickup location at 8544 national Ave at 3:27 for my 3:30 pick up. Go inside, no one is there, signed says closed, door is locked and I'm like great, what do I do now. I had a very specific timeline that I needed to adhere to in order to get everything done the day before I moved. After going back to my vehicle to make some phone calls to figure out what was going on at 3:45 A lady walks into the building so I think it might be the worker and go inside and sure enough the sign says open and she's inside. So after the worker being 15 mins late, granted she said she was new, but it seems like you do not train your employees at all especially if they are going to be working by themselves. She literally got on FaceTime and called one of her coworkers to help her while I'm sitting there waiting. Finally after 30 mins she figures it out, we go outside and takes about 10 mins to figure out how to get the key out of the box, we go over to the truck area and she tries to give me a super small truck that I didn't order, she then gets on the phone again and takes another 10 minutes to get a different set of keys out of the lock box and unlocks my vehicle. So after ONE HOUR I finally got the uhaul. It was snowing by that point, no help on how to turn the wipers on, no comment about going around the truck and marking all the damages. THEN when I go return the truck after using it for 130 miles the worker at the drop off location is trying to charge me $180 extra for “going over mileage because it says I drove 468 milesâ€. So the computer/paperwork at the pickup location on that specific vehicle had not been updated in several uses probably. I'm still flabbergasted of that frustrating/uncomfortable experience. If I would've known it would've been like this I would've rather have taken 20 trips at 200 miles roundtrip in my own vehicle to not have to deal with that again.
