My only issue was with the app. I had a hard time returning the trailer and had to call support to ensure they knew it was returned.

one of the straps was slightly frayed but didn't cause problems with using the trailer. We reported it upon return. Dealer was very efficient and clear about how to pickup and return the trailer.

The parking lot is like driving on the moon, gravel/wet/muddy/rutted. Otherwise the location is on a busy street so I feel safe and I would recommend the location - ONLY if you are going to do everything on your phone because this is not a staffed location.

No issues at all with the individual location. They were very professional and great to work with. However, UHaul overall is becoming a worse experience for me every time I use it. Lack of inventory available, odd hours at many locations (a place in Brownsburg is open 10-1 on a weekday, seriously?). I didn't have time to do so this round (and thought the experience would be better), but next time I will use a different service even if it's some shady dude on Facebook Marketplace renting from his garage.

There is no mechanism to know if you are actually receiving the add ons like furniture pads and furniture dolly. In my original reservation I asked for 6 dozen pads and a furniture dolly. I stopped by a few days before to make sure they would have the pads. The only had a total of 18, so I reserved them and it cost me three times as much because I took them for three days rather than one in order to make sure I had them. I had to drive to another U-Haul location to get additional pads. This is a major flaw the the system design. Also, on the day I picked up the truck there was no furniture dolly. That was a major inconvenience when you are planning on one for moving. The truck had no been swept clean. Some of the pads were dirty, some were wet. I would give the overall experience of U-Haul over the years as a C-. Usually the truck or trailer works, but the other service is below par. The online check in experience was not smooth. Had to have help via the online chat which was basically to log out and log back in again. Seems like it was a known bug. Don't release an app with a known bug.

The over all experience was terrible the uhaul kept bogging down and making a god awful sound as we were driving it felt like it was going to break down multiple times the inside was missing handles on the window crank

Though the customer service was good, the $19,99 truck we NEEDED was broke down, so we were FORCED to rent a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE truck for our little dabble of belongings (seems kinda sketchy).

I really appreciated the remote key option! The mobile web site was excellent at navigating through the process! Very much appreciated. Truck had a strong engine, ran well and had good air conditioning. Breaks felt great too! Highly recommend to anyone based on my experience

I put fuel in the truck, and still got charged for fuel. I went from $59, to $70, all the way to $137.00. $67 charged for Dic_sweep_provisional whatever that is. I swept the truck before returning it, and fueled it back up before returning it. I was late on doing the Mobile app return, but truck was returned on time. This place is shady, and will NEVER do business with them or UHAUL again.

I completed everything online prior to pickup. When I arrived to the place, I was confused what to do because they were open when the U-Haul site said it was not open on the weekends. I had my truck scheduled for pickup for 830 and it was switched to 930 without my agreement. Then they only scheduled it for 3 hours instead of 4. The process was not as easy or smooth as it should have been, especially since I completed everything prior to picking up the rental. The rental place had to re-enter everything because there was a lack of communication between U-Haul app and them. Checkout process was easy and the customer service at the rental place was good.

Made the reservation several weeks in advance to avoid any last-minute stress. The day before pick-up I was advised that my pickup time and location had been changed. Like Jerry says, "You're good at taking the reservation, you're just not very good at keeping the reservation".

Terrible, terrible customer service. When I arrived, the uHaul agent was assisting another customer who was looking to purchase auto accessories. The agent neither greeted me nor acknowledged me, even though I had walked near him and the customer. After several minutes, I realized that he was going to be a while with the customer. Thus I returned to my car for about 10 minutes, so as to not hover over the agent and the customer. I returned. I waited patiently for another 2 - 3 minutes. The uHaul agent knows that I am standing there. Still no acknowledgement or greeting. I finally, said, "Excuse me, I'm just here for a uHaul pick-up." The agent says very abruptly, "OK. . . and I'll be with you when I'm finished!", and returned to helping the customer. I waited another minute or so, and said "I'm not trying to be rude, but I have a scheduled 11 o'clock pick-up. It's after 11, and I am on a very tight schedule." At that point, he went behind the desk and pulled up my reservation. He did, at that point, get me checked-in and finish the process so that I could get the keys. However, there was no "thank you". No apology for the wait. When I thanked him, there was no "you're welcome." Just the bare minimum of exchange necessary to process the rental. I was in dire need of the truck that day. Otherwise, I would have cancelled the reservation on the spot. At no point during this experience did I feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer. While waiting for the agent to finish the paperwork, I ended up chatting with the customer. He happened to be a very, very nice older gentlemen. He was purchasing accessories for his new truck. For what it's worth, the agent and the customer were both white men. I am a 40-something African American woman. There was, for whatever reason, obvious disdain from the moment I walked through the door. I will never, ever rent from this location again, nor will I ever recommend it. On a good note, the truck was clean, and being able to return the truck via phone app was great.

Everything I reserved was NOT available and I was not notified until I picked up the truck. The furniture 20 pads and dolly were not available . I had to waste time trying to find furniture pads at other Locations and could only find 6. I reserved everything 30 days out for a big move. Very disappointed.
