Tire ruptured while we were driving it back

Mittie MA fuel charge and a 1,29 per mile charge is ridiculous. plus a flat fee of 30$ . All together some of these charges were outrageous and ridiculous

DENNIS BMaking it more known it's an in town contract. We had to spend $60 extra because we had to bring it back all the way to this location.
Payton SVery good people After a nightmare the night before they helped transload from a POS trailer with a busted hub and broken axle to the new trailer that was a tremendous difference from the previous one. Newer model which should have been issued in Orlando Florida location. Finished our trip to Plano Texas safely, thankfully.

Lance GThe Truck was not equipped with blankets are a dolly and the truck was on empty he claimed it had 1/4 tank of gas when I left the U~Haul the truck was setting on and told before I left off the the lot Cynthia Kentucky he told me it was a 1/4 tank but reality it was on empty because I only 2 miles the truck started to spurted and trying to dead just there was a gas station open to get gas but the I leased from swore up down that it had a 1/4 tank of gas but he was very quick to tell me to make I left a 1/2 tank. Now I arrived at destination was very nasty and when I asked for my insurance and the Insurance for the car dolly that when arrived at my destination that I would get it back if I didn't. caused any damage to car dolly or Truck but the people told that I'm not getting anything back not even for 1/2tank of gas and she told me that had to wait until Thursday to find out if I get any money back. She kept saying that she didn't no anything about me returning the truck on 05/31/22 she kept telling me that she had to check with someone. I will tell everyone to see about getting a Penske tuck least they everything on the truck they have blankets and Dooley on thre Trucks

gina wNot really pertaining to the pickup location, but when we reserved the small pull behind trailer we selected the drop off location for the uhaul rental in our hometown of Columbia Kentucky to drop it off the next day. We were told it would cost extra to use the location nearest and most convenient to us. There's also a uhaul rental place located in the next town over in Russell Springs Ky. Again, we're told it would cost extra to return to that location as well. So after a long ass road trip with young kids, we had to the very next day drive several towns over to Edmonton KY to return this small trailer. Not cool, not helpful, and doesn't make sense to me at all. As a client, it would appear things would be made as smooth and easy as possible to return these things at the nearest uhaul rental center. So for no apparent reason, because the gentlemen in Edmonton said his lot was full and he'd need to make room for this trailer so we dropped it in front as instructed by him, we could have returned it literally to the places closer to us that didn't have as many trailers on their lots. Any way a customer relations person could explain this to us? Like make it make sense. Because it just doesn't.

CHARLES JI dropped off while they were closed for the holidays. Their hours are kind of sketchy. The 24/7 UHaul app did not work properly so I did not know for sure if my trailer got checked in. But I called several days later, when they opened back up, and they said everything seemed to go through ok.

Jennifer GWe rented a car hauler and when we drove it up we could not open any of the doors. The tire wheel bases where too high. Thanks goodness we had a skinny guy that was able to climb out the window. Then we were not able to roll the window up, so when had to cover it with plastic and tape. Very unhappy with that part. I even told them what kind of care we were hauling when I made the reservation. .

Nicholas SPut trailers on blocks of some kind to make it easier to hook on to truck. Other than that, this place is the place you should go !!! Fast, easy, good pricing , friendly, hard working, and convenient to interstate.

Alex BThe tiedown rails in the trailer were two different styles. One, which I believe may have been original installation, was difficult to use. It has very small holes for ropes and I could not hook my straps to it. The other rail appeared to be newer and was much easier to hook up straps and ropes. It's a small thing but the newer rails made the trailer easier to use.

steve rThe truck wasnt at the location for the scheduled pickup time. The staff was disorganized and had to scramble to find it and get it to the store. Asked me to sweep out the truck but gave it to me with trash and crushed candy in the cab.

Jimmy SWe rented on Feb 24 from another dealer and returned it to the dealer listed above. I found no office, no drop box, had to park the vehicle facing a building that left 3 inches of room from the bumper to the road, there was another 3 trucks and a few trailers there as well.. Called the main U-Haul office so they could make notations of this incident and to check the truck in, had to lock the keys in the truck under the seat. Today i got an email saying it was checked in today and was charged with 7 days, we rented for one day and turned it in on time on the Feb 25. Called the main U-Haul customer service and this lady was great and hopefully got the problem in hand and hope the money is refunded from this crook that does not check on the equipment at this location. Took him a week to check it in. That is crazy and it has made a sour note in my mind. Also when we checked the truck out we were not explained the difference between local and one way rentals so we were charged with extra mileage on this vehicle, another bad taste. I think the main office needs to check each location and make sure they are up to standards.

Suzanne SI was charged extra fees, and had to return to the store to get a refund. The rental guys computer is outdated and he had issues with getting the rental done. I was aggravated when I was over charged and it made my bank account over draft. I think uhaul should pay my over draft fees!!!!!!
