I reserved the equipment online at one location, then hours later was called that they changed the location without my input. When I arrived at the new location there was no uhaul signage so I drove past it twice. Not all equipment I reserved was available, and I was told that I can drive to another location to collect the rest of it at.my time and fuel expense. The truck I picked up was less than half full of fuel. The person at the mart called a uhaul rep who basically said "too bad, that's what's available"DOUGLAS S.

There was garbage left in the truck in the cabin and the box that I , had to discard! I'd have expected that the location would have checked the truck before turning it over to the next customer. Also, my rental included an applicant dolly which the didn't have. I had to drive to a different location to get the dolly. When I got there, they did not have one for me ( what they have was already reserved for THEIR customers). However, I pleaded with the Rep and he gave me one. This experience has left me a bit leery of using Uhaul in the future.Edward L.
This location is a tiny convenience store. When we arrived we told them we needed the key and the woman refused to give it to us despite having the app opened to where it says to collect the key. We waited almost an hour before she got the call to give it to us.Julien C.

The location over charge me. They gave me a dirty truck, didn't have my add on in the truck, and charge me me for insurance that I didn'task fit in my reservation. Than customer service tells me I got wait till the area manager call me to receive my money back. What kind bs is this. I have never been to this location, however the incompetent employees here checked in a Uhaul truck and said that it was the one I was currently driving across country from Colorado to Maine. They then charged me $706 for a return of a truck I was still in possession of, and now after returning the truck to the intended location in Maine, they debited and drained my checking account completely (meaning they STOLE money from me since I do not owe them for an incorrect return) and are now refusing to respond to my disputes. I have now disputed these charges 5 times and am demanding a full refund of the money taken from my account.Laura D.
It wasn't bad. The lady in the store was really nice. The truck was not checked in when returned and there was no way to know if there was any reported damage. I rented a 10' truck and paid for 305 miles. My trip was 237 miles and I am getting billed from this location for an extra 105 miles that I did not drive. This location has lots of problems with over billing people for miles that they did not use. I suggest if you rent or return from this location keep track of your miles or you will receive a large bill for miles you did not drive. This place is scamming people.FRANK M.
I rented a 10' truck and used it for less than 3 hours and I look at my receipt it says I had it for two days. I put 60 miles and on the receipt it says 67. I was charged $200 dollars for something I should have paid $60 for! It was charged to my card and that was money I had put aside to get my car fixed. I am a single mother of 3 active duty military now I was to worry about putting money elsewhere to get to work because of someone else's mistake. I am not pleased at all.CHIKERE Z.
Maybe I should have called the day before, but my reservation was for a 9:00 pickup. The person there was not clear on the process. She was able to quickly call and verify my pickup. The truck had the remnants of a meal in the cab and the cargo area was not swept out. Based on my other pickups, I was expecting a checkout and some paperwork to sign. I can't complain too much about "here's the key" and I'm on my way. My expectation for picking up the truck was different than what occurred. I expected some type of checkout beyond just giving me the key, but I was OK with that. I did expect that the truck would have been at least swept out and the trash removed. It was more of an annoyance, but I expected a little better. My overall experience was OK. I got the vehicle fairly quickly, after getting the telephone OK. I was able to quickly orient myself with the truck and get on my way.Wiley A.
The service was not bad, however when I reviewed the contract when returning the uhual I advised the cashier that I did not agree to the additional 14 for the safe move he advised me not to worry about it and it wouldn't be charged. I just reviewed the receipt and wanted to know what happened? Will I get a refund of the 14 and why was I advised I would not get charged?JOELENE G.
