The truck was not full when I picked it up. I returned with more gas than picked up and they are trying to charge me a fuel fee. I will be disputing with my bank. I have the fuel receipt. I drove less than 15 miles.

Best experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul - from A to Z!
Valerie DIt was being used for a community service project for the VA Hospital in Richmond Va. I'm a retired veteran (82) years old and wonder if ya"ll have any special deals for veterans/one day users as I'm donating 4000 clumps of Daylilies for their grounds beautification and only use your trailer occasionally for transporting the plants from Midlothian Virginia 12 miles to the Center and only on Sat/Sunday for one day's use? regards

Deshawn SHours of operation are not advertised very well and they close at 2:00 most afternoons. Had to make 2 trips to return the truck.
David ADue to technical difficulties, we were sent to a different location, then back here. Couldn't find reservation, had to speak to several agents. Finally got truck over 2 hours later, then it got a flat tire! Very disappointing experience. Really made moving day difficult! And we weren't reimbursed at all for the inconvenience

RAFAELALEXANDER FThe lot had no lightning at all. I picked up the truck in the dark, and it was very difficult to locate the truck number. Most of the trucks were backed into spaces, so the ID numbers were not visible, as they were backed up basically into tres and brush.

VICTOR RThere seems to be a change in that you can't drop off at just any U-Haul location . I dropped off at Millers Auto as I have before to find out now that I cannot for convenience. After multiple calls U-Haul did authorize the drop there. The app didn't make it easier , I needed to talk to a person . In the end it was all taken care of and I will drive a lot further out of my way to avoid future issues with the drop off even though there are multiple dealers near me with U-Haul rentals.
stephen pPlease make sure the gas use is accurate. I only put 23 miles on the van but had to enter 3,5 gallons of gas to make it full.
Christin WTruck was immaculate outside and inside! All lights, accessories, etc. functioned fine and the unit drove smoothly at all speeds on a 700-mile trip. Excellent rental experience!

Margaret MI cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Randy Miller and his wife at Miller's Auto Center in Midlothian, Virginia. Most definitely, if I have to rent a truck in Chesterfield County, I will make sure I choose to pick up / drop off at Miller's Auto Center. Randy talked with me before I made the rental (from New York) and told me how to request an alternate return location. And, then, he and his wife spent over 30 minutes on the phone with the U-Haul corporate traffic department to get them to allow me to return the truck at the location that I should have been able to request online (bad mark for your interface there, U-Haul) without being charged extra for that "privilege" (another bad mark there, U-Haul). Please make some improvements to the online interface to make it easier for customers to rent and return vehicles.

Carolyn NThe vehicle was old, had 135 000 miles on odometer, front end wobbled terribly above 45 mph, and bounced across the road requiring constant concentration driving it. The driver's seat was partially held together by duct tape! It was split wide open in several places. It was very uncomfortable, to say the least . This truck should never have been rented.

ANITAYVETTE POther than being told someone would be there at 8am, which they were not, I had a great experience. The operator who told me it would be open did not know the location's operating hours so not the location's fault. The folks there were so nice, it would be hard to be upset with the situation.

Lynden WUnfortunately the AC was not working properly and the vents were not blowing. I wasn't traveling far but the next customer will be hot in there. Other than that everyone I dealt with was Awesome especially the owner of Millers!
David LThe truck i reserved was not available. No one called, emailed or texted that truck was unavailable. I arrived on time for my reservation and was basically told 'sorry, nothing I can do.' I asked about the two trucks outside and was told those are for customers. I said i was a customer, too. Unfortunately I had to get ugly to get the truck. But when you get awful customer service then I become an awful customer. I finally got a truck, but I had to speak to someone over the phone for some reason and had to answer all the questions I had already answered when I originally reserved the truck. Truck had some minor trash in back and the check engine light stayed on the entire time. The engine revved everytime I applied the brakes. But it was a truck and I got my move done.

Jason HVehicle was filthy! Just got a charge for addl 2 gallons of gas. I drove the vehicle (a pickup truck) 35 miles and put 3 gallons of gas in the tank. It's impossible that a Chevrolet pickup gets only 7 miles to the gallon! I have an RV with a Ford V10 and I get 20.5. Just another way to suck money out of your customers. Interesting that I refused addl insurance that agent was trying to push on me for $10 and end up with a $7,5 gas charge to put in the agents pocket. Wonder how many customers he screwing over??
Daniel NMr. Miller and his staff are fantastic. They do business the old school way pleasing his customers and greeting them with a smile and a handshake. He really goes the extra mile. I will always goto Millers Auto to rent my uhauls or get my truck detailed
