I'm not going to recommend Uhaul to anyone unless you treat your customer right by adjusting my bill due to things not being explained correctly to me with your new procedures. It is absolutely ridiculous to pay $300 for a 20' truck for less than 24hrs. Especially when it is not advertised that way.

I was charged a cleaning fee…. I cleaned the truck. I said no to person being helpful because there was no person, just drop box.

THOMAS CUpon checkout I was advised to call to get the drop off location. The customer service representative was AWFUL. The representative was rude and gave us the wrong drop off location (17330 Belsches Rd) but we did not know until we got there. The representative at that location came outside with an attitude and told us we could not drop off the trailer. Then we had to go to call customer service and get another location which was over 25 minutes. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and plan to tell all my friends and family!!!
Lorenzo JTrailer was not clean. Had mulch and some kind of oil all down the floor on one side One of the gates chains was not connected. The store where I picked up was awesome.

TOM CTruck was dirty. There was no appliance dolly or furniture pads available, even though I had specified them in my reservation. The truck had scratches down both sides.
Robert MThe problem is not with the equipment, it is with the ability of the retal site. Millers Market (Mineral VA) 1) I was informed that the jack is broken and no one was around to help. I went all the way home and got a 2 x 4 and a jack stand, Came back and lifted the trailer with the 2x4 and hooked it to the truck. I was informed that she didn't know about the hookup. 2) In doing the contract, we had to repeat the process twice because she did not know that AR is Arkansas and not Arizona. 3) Insisted on another telephone number to enter or could not finish the contract. I gave a bogus number and was able to proceed. 4) She did not take a picture of the existing damage on the trailer, which I did do for protection. 5) Was nice having her stand in the window of the store while I did all the work involved. 6) After doing an inspection of the trailer, I found no brake fluid in the cylinder, I did add before the trip. After I was done an older gentleman showed up from the store and took some pictures. While in route, on Route 840 in Arkansas, the rear drivers side tire blew out. I exited and went to a U-haul dealer. They had no equipment to fix, (I Understand) and handed me a pamphlet with a number to call. Did not even offer to call them for me, The service guy came and was fantastic, service I will not forget, Had me on the way in minutes. A shout out to him, Finally made it to destination, and was able to unhook trailer, took pictures and left. It would be in keeping with customer service, that I receive a phone call and some type of adjustment to the bill. Thank you Greg Valenti 804 299 0696

Robert CHard to tell its a U-Haul drop off but the steps on returning it was easy enough and the person working did come out to help.
Becky FAbsolutely nothing. The staff at Millers Market were very helpful. We originally went to Off the Hook to pick up the UHaul we reserved online, the woman there was completely useless, I waited for her to finished with her nail container to provide help, at which time she didn't, she just kept telling me to figure it out online. After about 30 mins of the app not working, we left and went to Miller's.

Debbie EBetter service to the vehicle. Rough idling, possible exhaust leak. lowest Tie down board, drivers side rear, had a bolt pulled through it and could not use it as a tie down for fear of it breaking as it was bending away from the wall. They made note when I turned it in.

Gustavo RWithout the help from staff I couldn't have completed my return. The App stopped working and wouldn't complete the process. Your original contact email should state what documents are required so you can prepare with proper documents. I pre-registered but it didn't ask for documents at that time. I have no passport or rental agreement. The app wasn't clear on being able to use two phone numbers as sources of verification.

KAREN AThe drop off location and the staff at the location were wonderful! They were helpful and very nice. My complaint is the reservation agent. The reservation was made over the phone. The rates online are not the rates when speaking over the phone. The person taking the reservation and NOT the accuracy!. I specifically asked for a location providing the zip code. The reservation agent selected a pick up spot was 37 miles away that I was not aware he did until I spoke with a manager. The person taking the reservation quoted the price with 60 miles included in the price. I was told any additional mile over 60 would be $1 per mile. I was able to speak with a manager and the pick up location corrected to where I originally requested. After dropping off the truck, I was charged $35 for additional miles. The rate included only 34 miles NOT 60 miles! I traveled 69 miles. The reservation agent lied to me! I will share my experience reserving a Uhaul with everyone! I would not trust any reservation agent at Uhaul!

TOM CThe ladies who helped me at Miller's Market were very nice. I had ordered 48 blankets and there were only 5 in the truck. There were no other blankets to give me. I was paying for moving help at $300 an hour and not having the blankets make the whole process slower and more problematic in regards to fragile stained glass and the like. I was also very frustrated by the online registration system and will never use it again. The driver said the truck handled well.
