There was no one around when I returned the trailer. additionally no on was there when I picked up the trailer so they had to check me out over the phone. I will not rent another uhaul from this location. However, I will definitely continue to use uhaul in the future.

The Uhaul employee responsible for checking the equipment back in never did so because he was distracted by friends and we were not allowed in the building which had an overwhelming smell of weed. I received a call a few days later about my equipment never being turned in.

The owner was quite helpful - our hitch had rusted and he helped us remove it to change sizes. Check hours, though, because the 800 number told us to pick trailer up at noon and location closed at noon. Fortunately owner was still on site. Error was definitely on 800 number staff.

The man was rude from the beginning. He was mad we were an hour early and threatened to charge us for another day when we were only renting for 6 hours. Then he leased is the trailer-mind you I NEVER signed a contact, the credit card receipt, or signed off thar the trailer was in good working rug condition. The wiring harness on the trailer was completely split. The straps to hold the vehicle on the trailer we’re completely messed up. We didn't notice until we drove it down the street, but the BOTH fenders were cracked. It wasn’t noticeable until you saw the fenders flapping in the wind!! We took a picture before ever loading our car. We brought it to his attention when we came back. He said Corp would be contacting us about the damage and would want to see the picture. Before we ever got contacted by Corp. he proceeded to charge my cc!! I am now in a disputed with all parties and expect these charges to be REMOVED from my credit card!! I have called my bank, Corp and the local u-haul business.

Similar to my pick up, my drop off was nowhere near where i requested with much closer alternatives. If you're not going to allow pickup from requested choice, why offer me to pick? Makes no sense.

Mile meter was working incorrectly. I am over charged. So make sure you do not over charge your customers.

Friendly service and clean vehicle. Only complaint is that the furniture pads seem to have been stored outdoors and several of them were damp and unable to be used.

After another issue with the U-Haul app, the personnel at this location did not even have our rental registered in their system. While it is not their fault, the staff said he would check our rental in and take care of everything. However, he forgot to check us in leading to more issues with U-Haul.
