Dont falsely claim truck had more gas then did have. And then charge customer more than what it would take to fill it up. The customer should not have to check on how much gas is in truck and then falsely claiming it has more.

Trailer parked a long way from office in a non paved grass/ sand area. There was no lighting harness, so had to go back to office to get one from the lone employee. the price was exhorbitant for a one day/one way. Also, when we arrived a Clamp that held the wiring to the tongue had loosened, but fortunately lights still worked. When we returned to Fort Myers, the person who checked us in said they were crying for 6x12, and Asked us to contact uHaul for a possible Partial refund as a compensation for returning a trailer to an area where they were in extremely high Demand. So how about it?

You could start by giving me my $15 back that I was charged for gas. I was told to return the truck at 3/4 a tank of gas, and that's exactly what I did. But in was charged like I didnt do that. So give me my f****** money back that I was charged extra.

The lady was lazy and rude. I went in and asked her if she could help me with the trailer. She replied that if I couldn't do it then she couldn't either. I have bulging and herniated disks. I was tired and in pain by the time I left there. I called Uhaul to try and get some help and the guy I spoke with was polite, but when he transferred me I was put on hold. My cousin and an employee of hers came to help me. I was already charged double for two trailers, because Uhaul wouldn't work with me and then I get to my final destination and I can't get any help. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone, I would suggest they use a donkey or a horse drawn carriage to transport their stuff before using uhaul. I have never had such lack of customer satisfaction in my life. There was no empathy. I wouldn't recomment uhaul and I sure wouldn't recommend this location in Lake City. The only time I had someone that seemed to remotely care was in Ridge Manor. I would like to know who I can contact to see about a refund on the first trailer. Do I get any money back since I didn't keep the second trailer for 2 days? I tried calling Uhaul after dropping off the trailer, but I was constantly on hold and decided to hang up.
