It was difficult to find the location, customer service person who works at the auto shop/U-Haul was extremely rude, unprofessional and just terrible and he did not give clear information on locating rental vehicle which was blocks away, or specific return policy. The business area was hard to get to, lacked parking and was very unsafe. I thought that the truck had been log in as returned following several phone calls with U-Haul an O., but weeks later I received a large bill for mileage, gas, and rental fee; the truck had been broken into, stolen and had a accident in another city. Because I had major conflicts with employee O. I will never use this location again. However, U-Haul supervisor Rick was very professional, concerned and competent in completely resolving my problems he also adjusted and corrected billing.

We opted for the Truck/Share 24/7 and it was not provided. We were there at 8am to get truck and they got in at 9am and said they don't provide that service. The truck was on the street and not cleaned out. We were delayed which caused issue with the movers. Called customer service and they said take it up with Minneapolis Auto Care which they placed the blame on corporate. No compensation was given and we were actually charged more- for dolly and moving blankets which we did not have or request. NOT happy with this service at this location. I am requesting refund for items not charged along with compensation for mileage.

Place was a dump but biggest of a was drop box was not even close to being near given address. Horrible place. Myself and w other drop offs searched for 15 min for drop box. Put me off uhaul in a big way

When somebody book w a dolly! Make sure you have it And if you don't. Make sure u tell them before they pick it up! Rented the biggest Uhaul for one trip to have to rent again because there was no dolly .... ik right a waste of time but in the end he made he right.

The location was not inviting and difficult to navigate. It was also disappointing to be charged for fuel because we returned it at the level it was given to us. It was marked as full but the tank was slightly less than full which is how we returned it.

You guys messed up my moving day it was one thing after another, you call me the day of my furniture appointment and you tell me you don't have the truck I requested, you give me a smaller truck in a different further away Location, then ON TOP of that, when I get to the place, the guy working there tells us "oh yea by the way we don't have ANY equipment that you requested either so yea, we don't have anything" oh yea there's more lol to top it all of he says "make sure you bring it back with the gas it started out with" THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU guys! Never again.

Leo was great and helpful. Uhaul did not come with a lock to use so I had to purchase my own. The inside did have cleaning supplies left in it but overall good experience.

Not very clean at all. I never knew this was a Uhaul location. Vehicle was good. When bringing the van back I was unable to locate the person working there. Someone came over from the garage and said they'd look for him but they never came back. I called him too and left a message. I left the key and the gas receipt and left.

We had to go to a different location than we booked the reservation, which is fine and has happened to me in the past. But we showed up and it wasnt even an actual uhaul location, it was some random warehouse in Minneapolis and some guy not in a uhaul shirt flagged us down. The cab of the truck was filthy with crumbs and food left behind from the previous user, which is insane given COVID 19. We had to sanitize the inside of hte cab ourselves. Then we were told that location didnt have the dolly or blankets we ordered, so we had to drive to a different uhaul to pick those up (2 trips). Then when we were preparing to load the vehicle onto the vehicle transported, we noticed the chains werent crossed and there was not cable to connect the trailer lights, which is illegal and extremely dangerous. So back to another uhaul (trip 3) to get that. Lastly, along the way to our destination, we had some rain. Went to use the wipers to find that the rubber was nearly entirely gone and they just made it worse. This was a TERRIBLE experience.

This location had no staff on site for our drop off during listed business hours. I did an online check in and to donate my personal padlock to U-Haul to secure the blankets in the trailer till someone showed up.

The truck was not clean' there were 18 blankets taking up space. The truck was not full when I got in it...I put in $13.00 before dropping it off. The passenger lock was gone...I couldn't lock the front cab. The rep did not come out with me to review the vehicle before I took possession.

We arrived for our 1030 pickup reservation and the van was not available to us until after 1100. On top of this, the van wasn't cleaned or inspected between the prior customers and ourselves. Also, the proprietor was unapologetic for holding us up and making us behind for the rest of Our day.

When I set the appt, I was told I could drop the rental vehicle at Acorn mini storage. But when I went to drop off the vehicle, my app had Minneapolis Auto Care as the drop off location. When I drove to that location, the parking situation and the key drop off directions were confusing and I had to call customer service for support.The entire drop off process took me nearly an hour to complete.

The truck I originally had wasn't being returned on time for the next customer. There should be strict actions for this since we almost had no choice while moving. The truck I got wasn't in the best condition and the side mirrors were non-adjustable making it a safety hazard

The location has parking area full of debris and litter. The entrance to the space is through a loud, dangerous auto body shop with many trip hazards and sharp metal objects.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience, but the person working the counter was not wearing a mask. I was uncomfortable with this because we were indoors in close quarters, and there is the state-wide mandate that masks are required in indoor public spaces.

Please make sure truck is ready for customer when picked up—mine still had the hitch attached, leftover from the previous user. In addition to slow computer at front desk, we left 30 min. later than expected.

We had a great experience overall! Just wished the pickup location was closer to our home! They charged us a very low fee for extra mileage which they said they gave us extra mileage since we had to pick up farther away? Drop off location was perfect!

My pick-up location was changed last minute, even though I booked my reservation a month in advance. Upon arrival to the location, the pick-up process was very confusing, and it didn't appear that the location was open. The equipment I ordered a month before with the reservation wasn't there, so I had to move without it. There were a lot of parts to this process that I expected to be more convenient, intuitive, and organized. Moving is very stressful and I'm sorry to say that my experience with this reservation only made it worse.

This is a no frills location - one guy in a garage with a parking lot out back. Would be more user friendly if the one guy was out in the parking lot.

I had a reservation to drop this off at a location that was outside of downtown Minneapolis. I did this so I would not have to drive in Minneapolis with a trailer. I received an email that said based on our conversation the new agreed-upon location for drop off was this one. I never had a conversation with anyone. I would not have rented from you all had I known I would have to drop this off at a downtown location. traffic was horrible. Again, unilateral change with very little notice. This was not an agreed-upon location.

The location was difficult to find. The trucks were scattered all around street parking, lot parking, not clear where mine was. Office wasn't manned during the posted hours. Key dropbox was difficult to find. My uhaul didn't have a zip tie on the dollie, there was an extra dolli and about 25 furniture pads, both unrequested. It was not clear where to drop off the vehicle, and I was forced to move it after drop-off. A very poor experience, based mainly on the location/staff at the location

When we returned the trailer there were 5 people in line waiting to rent trailers. We had to find the drop off location on our own (at the end of the block from the business). They were to busy to check us in, we called UHaul to confirm the trailer had been returned.

Truck was not located where it said to look for it when doing online check in and it ending up taking 45 minutes. Only received 1/2 of the furniture pads we rented and they did not have the right dollys that we rented. They did give us a discount for the equipment.

I was given a van when I reserved a truck. I was also unable to rent the equipment I paid for. I was not given a refund for the equipment and I was charged full price for the massive inconvenience having a smaller vehicle. Will not be using UHaul again — my move was a disaster

The service gentleman told us to go hook up the trailer ourselves bring it back to him and he would check us out. Same upon return. He didn't help hook up or remove the trailer. Upon our arrival he was on the phone while trying to help us too. Was not impressed at all!

It was hard to find and there was very little place to park. The truck was around the block and I had to go searching for it. The service was excellent though.

there's no parking lot for this U-haul location, so you have to pick up/return on street which is not convenient at all. if you want to improve, get a parking lot to place all your u-haul vehicle inside, easier for customer to pick up and return.

A larger signage would improve locating the store since the current location is in the middle of block. The address typically controlled by the block is misleading in this case.

I ordered a dolly with my truck and it was not included. The price was deducted from my overall total thankfully but the move was much harder without it.
