For the one car they had, I used just few hours and I payed almost $200, it is way to expensive. I rent before U Haul for longer time and rout, and I payed less. I also don’t understand the rules with taking pictures of my DL and sensed to them. Way to much time lost until finally I could drive

I had a 9am pick up and checked in using my UHaul app however, the app glitched and never gave me the code to the lock box. Instead, it showed my rental was in use and only allowed me to click if I was returning the rental. I tried chatting to a customer service rep. via chat and my father called and was transferred for assistance twice before we finally got some help. At this point we spent 45-1hour trying to get access to our truck. All while the authorized dealer was closed despite the hours of operation on his door. I later returned the car before my reserved time, filled up the tank more than the exceeded amount and proceeded to take steps to follow the app on returning the truck. ANOTHER glitch or poor software app performance did not tell me if I should return the key to the authorized dealer or leave the key in the key box. I checked with the authorized dealer who was now open and he said he didn’t know, to just leave it in the box. I told him the app did not give me any instructions on returning the key and I didn’t want to be charged for any potential issues if their were specific directions and the app potentially glitched again. Luckily, we remembered the key box code when my father called customer service and we just left hoping we did everything right. Pros: -clean truck Cons: -authorized dealer was not helpful I would suggest working directly with a U-Haul facility. -the app has glitches and is not well developed. I would avoid at all costs. -customer service via chat and on the phone took so long that we were 45-1hour into our rental time and still didn’t have access to the car keys. This will be my last time using U-Haul. You’re better off with local moving and rental facilities who you can talk directly to you and know how to help you.

The cashier at Minnesota market needs to be more helpful. Instead of telling customers to call uhaul for assistance.

Poor customer service. The place has a sign up for parking for the store customers only. The owner said he was not responsible if I got a ticket or towed for parking there even though I was renting the truck. That is ridiculous

Well first of all I was very very disappointed in the scheduling for customer to place an order with you all then the order was the opposite or what the customer actually ordered. Secondly I had to call numerous times a total a pricing about maybe 12 times if not more about trying to reserve and transporter for my 87 Corvette to being a veterans parade I'm a veteran with United States Navy for over 25 years I was then disrespected by your staff who actually hung up if you look or listen to the recording of the individual you would determine who it was and if I'm not mistaken it was in Phoenix but however I was just satisfied with the service I've been called corporate office over there at the drop the ball I was told he was supposed to call me in the morning all the way up until almost 12:00 noon trying to get some type of clarity on when I was supposed to pick for transporter the young lady there at the ever ever been so disrespected by staff staff if you feel this necessary you can give me a call at 415-309-1883 that's 415-309-1883 thank you so much

The attendant NEVER asked me if I wanted the waiver coverage. He told me, “Initial here and sign at the bottom.” I thought this was part of the process for renting the vehicle. I did not think that I was signing up for the waiver. I did not want the waiver. When I returned the van, the attendant refused to finalize the transaction. He did not check the mileage, gasoline level, or the condition of the van. Also, he did not record the time that I returned the van. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable because I felt that the situation opened up the possibility for unwarranted charges. I want the $10 for the waiver to be removed from my charges.

I came to pick up my Uhaul, but the guy at the counter did not know how to rent out the Uhaul and he had to call the owner to drive to the location. I notified them that my storage unit was closing in one hour and I needed the uhaul asap. However, the owner took his time and was completely unapologetic about the 30 min wait.

The truck was new. It drove well and tires were great. The rental before this one the truck tires were dangoursly shaved to the wires. When I told them about it they didn’t seem to care. That’s the only negatives be I had. Otherwise uhaul is my first choice of rental when moving.

We had booked the truck for a different location to be picked up at 8 a.m.but you changed the location and told us we couldn't pick up the truck until 9, we had to contact our helpers who were hired to load the trucks that we would need them to come an hour later. Luckily they were able to do that. The store was supposed to be opened at 9 a.m. They showed up at 9:15 and had to go in and do some things before we could enter and get the keys etc. to pick up the truck I would not recommend this location to any body.
