Wrong truck given, gas amount was recorded wrong due to wrong truck given then switched. My ending invoice said one price and now my bank account is pending 15 $more charge than it should. Representative was new but management over the phone was poor and full of shit. I will going back up there for my money or calling corporate to file an investigation tomorrow.Bridgett A.

The truck didn't have any air the entire time I had it. Saturday through Monday. It's to hot in HOUSTON and IM to fat not to have air-conditioning. They sent a company out to look and it and the guy said that the vents needed to be replaced and this wasn't something they could do on-site it had to be fixed at their shop. Mind you we paid movers to load the truck and was told that it would be a 150 minute before someone could come and check out the air. Movers are paid hourly. Not only am I paying the workers hourly but we had to pay for being late to where we needed to be. The truck has clearly not been serviced, the transmission Is slipping and it makes you jerk when trying to stop. I was told on Saturday that a manager would call me back within 48 hours. When I calld on Monday after they charged my card an additional 334,28 $ they said the manager had up to 72 hours. It's Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them at all. The sad thing is we rent from uhaul at least 2 a month. I have never been changed this much. I paid them total of 447,28 $ to have a truck with no air and whiplash! Uhaul y'all need to do better!linda N.

Customer service rep acted like we know what we were doing. â€œGo get your key out of 3â€. We walked all around that parking lot looking for a 3. Also, did my whole rental online, got to the store, no moving blankets I had ordered. Why didn't it say that online so I would know to go to a different location? Got to the truck thinking my appliance dolly would be inside. Nope. Frustrating. Will try budget rental next time.Patricia A.

First of all you make it an inconvenience for the community to even want to do business when you don't never have anyone present doing the office hours that you have a sign on the door. I've called in for 2 days days now and you do not answer the phone. Like today October 5th 2020 at 12:30 p.m. I've been calling the phone, no one called me back. oh yeah it's kind of hard for me to do business ever again or if this type of treatment that you give your potential customers your repeated customers your VIP customers or customers period.Diana L.

Truck was clean but the ac wasn't working me and my helper sweating from the time we left and the place where I picked up the truck knew the ac wasn't working properly and they didn't give me a DISCOUNTS like I was told. I contacted the manager when I dropped the truck off I told her I didn't no how to check my truck in for return so she told me to send her a picture and she would do if for me so I texts her a picture and I didn't get my copy of my receipt till after 6AM the next morning I sent her the picture at after 6PM on the 10 of July and I still didn't see a DISCOUNTS.joyce W.

I received a call 25 minutes before it was time to pick up truck telling me it was not available but they could make reservations at another location for 3/4 o'clock pick up. I had people scheduled to move me at 10am so I had to change my move day from Saturday to Monday. When I picked the truck up it was filthy. I had to use my Clorox wipes to wipe the truck before I left the lot. Looks like this truck had not been cleaned prior to the pandemic. This is the most unprofessional U-Haul location I have ever usedFelicia C.
First off the app was not performing correctly to finish the drop off. Then I seen the office was open but the door was locked, so the lady finally comes to the door and talks to me through the key drop off. It says on the door one customer in at a time known was there but me, she wouldn't open the door. You can't hear very well through the key drop off so I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. She became very irritated and talked very rudely to me. If she is so afraid of the COVID 19 and doesn't wish to follow what management has set forth as far as customer inter action she should find another spot in the company. I don't like spending my money and being talked to like a dog. I will never rent from this location again.Thomas L.

Finally got into truck it was not clean and the two dollys that I order was not in the truck and I had to go to another uhaul location to pick them up. Nice facilities, equipment and staff. One thing to work on is to coordinate the online reservations with the local branch. I reserved a van for noon but when I arrived learned that it was rented out until 1pm. Plus the return was 1/2 hour late. This resulted in 1 1/2 hours of lost time and revenue.Kenneth M.

Brakes on the truck was bad too much air in the lines. I told the lady at the front desk and she didn't seem to care! My reservation was for 8 and the place opened at 9. I NICELY expressed my frustrations to the worker hoping she would move faster but she didn't!!!!! My truck was not there but arrived after 9:30. This made me behind as I hired my movers to unload my storage at 845 and I ended up having to pay my movers for an hour to sit and wait on me!!!!tamelia W.
