We've used Uhaul all across the country and this store in Crestview is by far the best experience we've ever had. Great communication. When the others in the area wouldn't help. This company stepped up and took care of us. Making our move seamless. The only honest business left in Crestview. Thank you Mitchell's.

Even after close the lady came out to see if we needed any support. Instructions clear and easy to use this location.

Mitchells RV personnel were very helpful and provided the procedure to check the truck in on-line. Check-in online was confusing because the location U-Haul requested to return the truck was not received and different from Mitchells. The return location U-Haul designated was closed on the date I was ready to return the truck. Mitchells was my requested return location from the beginning.

I tried to use the app at this location and the cell service here was slow, it took forever to upload photos that were asked. When I picked up the truck I had to call someone to get them to help me get the app to work so that I could get the code to unlock the box to get the key out. This took between 45 minutes to an hour to complete. The location where you are supposed to pick up the key to not clearly marked. When I returned the truck the female there acted like she didn't want us there. I didn't want to be there but I had to return the truck and answer all of the questions with photos that were asked on the app. She did not even notice that a truck was missing that morning. I clearly pointed to the truck that we returned she acted like she didn't know which one I was talking about so I told her the truck number twice before she finally knew which one I was talking about. Wish there was an option to rent the truck for half a day, I only used the truck for about 8 1/2 hours. When I reserved the truck I was told that I would get a call the day before I pick up the truck. I never got a call I only got texts and emails. The app is not user friendly (it was very slow to upload and go on to the next step) the questions need to be more specific, when asking for another phone number for another person not the person on the rental so they can call them.

Mitchell's RV was very professional along with checkout and check-in being extremely fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

This location and experience was awesome. My overall experience with my U-Haul was horrific, through no fault of the wonderful employee… but the misrepresentation of the trucks cost me $400 for nothing. I will never use U-Haul again and will be telling everyone I ever meet to do the same…

There was no one available when I dropped off the trailer even though according to their web site they didn't close for another half hour. I left work early to drop off the trailer during business hours. If I had known they weren't going to be open I would have worked my full shift and dropped it off later.

The lady was awesome, but the owner was there with his dog, the dog attacked me and bit my leg as I stepped off the truck, drew blood, he walked away, said nothing as he watched the attack, I ended up in the ER getting rabies shots, spent the afternoon in the ER. Do not use this location.

The key drop box was very hard to see at night after hours. A light or a more clear sign would help a lot.

For being 1hr late returning the tru k I'm being charged over$200. This ridiculous and I'm not going to pay. The government is cracking down on companies like yours who are charging fees like this.

Nothing!! This place was great!! If I need another uhaul I will deal with Mitchell's Rv. Very nice people to deal with. Will not deal with anyone else unless they stop renting uhauls. Thanks again.

I was charged an after hours fee when I had 2 extra days left to turn the vehicle tow in. Anywhere else you can drop of a truck and leave keys in a drop box and not get charged. This is ridiculous especially when I just dropped it of like anywhere else where other equipment was left as well. I was told it would be scanned in the morning and nothing was mentioned about an "after Hours fee"

Kelly made sure that the tow dolly was safe and secure on my vehicle. Her customer service and professionalism were outstanding! I will use this location for any possible moving needs.

The online checkin process is not easy. Fortunately Kelly was on-site and came outside to help complete the process.

This location doesn't have a massive selection of equipment. But if they have the piece of equipment that you are looking for when you want it, then this location will suit your purpose. It's a few (5 or so) miles out of town. For towed equipment, the added distance doesn't matter. For trucks that include a per mile rate, the extra few miles might be worth considering.
