I had one unexpected surprise. I had refused to take the $14.00 insurance option. The service man quoted me $79.00 for the total cost. When my final bill came in I saw that I was chared the $14.00, bringing my bill up to around $96.00. That makes me feel cheated.

Very nice employee . Was there working 30 minutes befor the shop opened. I was out in 5 minutes. Super nice people 😎👍🇺🇸

This dealer was new. The fuel level was not correct but the clerk said to not worry about it. I returned the truck with the same fuel level as when I rented it and end up having to pay $21 for fuel. Before I left the rental place, I checked the back and there were no blankets in there like I requested but instead a dolly and two carts.

Stayed an extra few minutes past closing time to check truck in after I called to find out when they actually closed (different websites had different closing times listed, one said 4, the other 5:00 pm, it was 4.).

There was technical problems which delayed the processing of a customer that was ahead of me. The attendant was very friendly and informative of the situation, that seem unavoidable. The dolly was missing from my order, but not to the fault of this location. Attendant tried to fix by finding one at a close location.
