Chanel DuranMK"S Diesel and Automotive repair were NOT open at 9:00am, the time NV Uhaul told me they would be open. I had to drive back home and then return at 10:00 and had to wait till 10:25 when they got around to showing up. This caused me to add about 5 more miles to my odometer that I had to pay for.

guy lanethe pads and utility trailer were not in truck, I had to go to another location to pick items up. I had reserved the truck for two months but still had to go 40 mikes out of my way to pick up truck. On line check in was a nightmare, but there was No one on site even though I was there during posted business hours.

Craig MelzoNot charge for SafeMove when the customer didnt ask for it. Additionally improve the telephone system. For Truck Share 24/7. I was hung up on and transferred to 3 different people just trying to pick up the vehicle. I was also transferred to several different people when trying to drop off the vehicle.
Kristopher ElderMake sure what the customer requested is in the truck. We requested a dozen blankets and there wasn't any in there. I told the people at customer service when we picked up and when we dropped off. Was told by both that the charge would be removed and it was not.

Jordan Hallthe cargo area and the cab wasn't the cleanest. Had to sweep out both. Also don't get the appliance dolly and moving pad. Second time this has happened . Oh yes called the 800 number and they tell me I can drive 45 minutes one way to pick some up????????????

I was moving out of the state, and I received a call 2 days before my reservation, that I would have to pick up the truck 1 hour away because u-haul overbooked themselves. Poor instructions were left at the new pickup location. I wasn't able to unlock the truck to get keys that night. Customer service after hours hotline did not answer my repeated calls for 40 minutes.
Mark GaubatzClean the truck, dispose of trash and cigarette butts for the next person. Make sure the truck is ready for a 2000 mile journey and change wiper blades that are clearly broken so your customer can see when in a snow storm.

Connie Feldman-CanigliaSmall fit maybe 4 12 foot trailers , dark. Called 24hr number no answer . U-haul customer service less then helpful . Lost 1 day due to u haul share wouldn't open Came back 4 hrs later still wouldn't work. The second trip before i left where I was staying i let my elderly dog out was gone for approximately 45 minutes trying to confirm the drop off of this trailer which didn't work. Upon returning to where I was staying my dog had fallen into the pool and drowned to death . All because the app wouldn't work and customer service told me the first time I called that their was nothing they could do I had to use the app. Total lack of customer service and no compassion. When I return home tomorrow I intend to contact my attorney to discuss if I have any recourse for this. Let's see how uhaul handles this before my attorney has too. Thank You Mr. Nir

frank cormierThe location we picked up our U-Haul seas very helpful and amazing. As far as the reservations and customer service it was a nightmare. We reserved our U-Haul at one location and was told that we were to pick up in another location 45 miles away from original location. They changed our reservation multiple times and now we are owing more money than anticipated. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Next time we will use Budget or Enterprise. Very dissatisfied with service.

Robert OwensThey need to provide OUTSIDE space to park the vehicle when/if the pickup person isn't readily available when getting the uhaul. Since they want to leave early and close the gates, you're forced to park the uhaul or your own vehicle down the street at a restaurant. They need to make arrangements to accommodate the client's better in this regard.

James De BarrosThe Truck Share 24/7 program was absolutely horrible! What is the point of an off-hours program if the helpline operators can't fix scheduling issues and you have to wait for a scheduling manager who is only available during office hours?

ted saxeThe tires on the tow dolly I rented seem to be very unbalanced or had flat spots on the tires. Too much vibration can cause premature bearing failure, advise closer attention to preventative maintenance
Andrew culhaneThe overall customer service was ok. He wanted to use my truck to back the trailer to where he wanted. He got a little upset that I wouldn't let him. After he said the location was ok to drop it off, I asked if there was any paperwork I needed, he said "no they'll email you". So I was a little surprised that I had a $50 cleaning fee. But the drop off location was good and easy to find.
Timothy MooneyThe cab of the 15' truck is not meant for larger people. Fat people need to move too so the truck should be updated with a cab that offers more leg room to the driver.
