Paul BNot the location's fault. They don't maintain the vehicles. But had an awful experience with the truck. No air conditioning. And had a wobble that would make you run off the road.

Kimberley QNot one person in this store knew anything about dropping off equipment. There were two customers dropping off in this location at the same time and neither of us could be helped with any questions that we had. I used the app, but had a question regarding the possibility of a credit for unused blankets and neither the app or the store could answer that. The employees at the store were friendly and courteous, but could not answer any questions other than not being trained to handle this type of business.
John LThe two people left in charge were not trained to accept the U-Haul back into the system. The female called the boss and got the info to do it and was very nice and professional.

FARRIS BI will never recommend online pick up for uhauls. it’s a way more tedious and annoying way of picking them up rather than just speaking to a human and filing out paperwork. hated it.
Nikole KThe weather stripping around the drivers side window leaked. And the noise it made was annoying to say the leas. Couldnt talk to each other in the cab. Had to run with window down a little bit so we could hear each other. Little chilly with a window cracked . Other than that good,clean truck.
marcus sOnly thing I would suggest is make your check in a little easier for the employees. You could give them a little more training.
Timothy FThis location caused an enormous amount of stress to our move. They delayed our trip by days. It was a horrible experience. The girl who helped us on Monday morning was pleasant. I have no complaints about her. The male that lied to us about the verification of pick up should be fired. But honestly the owner is ultimately to blame for either kot training his people or teaching them to lie to just get the person to go away.

brenda sI stood around for 30 minutes just to be waited on. The man was rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. Then proceeded to help the oil change customer get rang up and checked out instead of starting my transaction. I was an hour late to my appointment and was barely seen until I showed them proof of my uhaul experience and that is the only reason I was able to be squeezed back in. I've never had such bad customer service renting a uhaul ever.

Jordan ZEveryone I talked to in the phone was extremely professional and courteous. Emails about my contract and pickup were easy to follow. The actual pickup at Pro Lube was quick and easy. They had answers to all of our questions and the truck was ready for us. Dropping off the keys afterward made the return so easy. Thank you to all the clerks who were so nice to us. I would highly recommend you to anyone.
Barbara HStaff thought it was better pick up but I had selected in person. The keys were in the locked box and he had to get them out. It took probably 45 minutes longer than it probably should have
Mary JI had rented a truck in December for a week in July, and they called 2 days prior to pick up to tell me I couldn't have one. The nice people at this location were finally able to find a truck for me, but I had to drive 130 miles to get it. I was originally told that I would not have to drive more than 30 miles to get a truck. 130 miles is too far!

John HAgain, maybe not the right place to mention it, but the U-Haul Check-In App is faulty. It kept giving me errors when taking pictures of my odometer reading and fuel level - I tried at least a dozen times and was never successful.

Richard KNo complaints abt the customer service, however I was charged twice! And from what I understood its was $29 and $1,09 per mile plus we filled tank up when done. Which was $20.00. We had the truck for maybe 4 hours and only went 12 miles but was charged $66 TWICE.
charity mWhen making a reservation it should be more clear as to where the trailer is. I had to travel an 1 hour out of my way to get this trailer. I made a reservation at a certain location and then was notified the day prior to Thanksgiving that the trailer was not at the location I had made the reservation at. So I had to travel 50 miles to get the trailer, which i was not happy about.. The people at the location pick up where very friendly and helpful.

Betty HThe guy told me he would check my equipment in in a little bit. He then sat down and started drinking his coffee. I asked him if he was waiting for someone else to arrive. He said no. I asked him why he couldn't check my equipment in due to the fact that NO OTHER CUSTOMER EXISTED IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT. He got upset with me and told me he would get to it when he got to it. The whole experience from beginning to wnd was terrible. There was a ridiculous price difference between what I was quoted online and what I was actually charged. AN ACTUAL 30 % INCREASE IN PRICE. Most people in any legal field would call that bait and switch. Total bullshit.
Sean FVery helpful with the check-out and check-in process. Everything went very smoothly!! Although I had done the reservation online, I was so thankful that there was an attendant to help me through the process. Highly recommend this location and will use again in the future.

Walter BI tried calling over 20 times between 8am and 11am. The phone rang and rang. No one answered. When I got there to drop off the truck 2 employees were siting there talking and doing nothing else. Why couldn't they answer the phone?
Steven KInclude the correct phone number for the location in the confirmation. The number on our confirmation was for a location that was closed. I spent 30 minutes on hold with Uhaul trying to find out about the pickup.

Edward HAttendant was not friendly nor personable. Did not help in unhooking trailer at all. She did not move from behind the counter. Did not inspect the trailer. Worst experience at any UHaul location and I've been a U-Haul customer for years.
