The vehicle was horrible. Dirty, used masks, was NOT sanitized despite being told it was, smelled horrible. Was very disappointed. Also I said on the application I did not want the insurance but was charged anyway. Also booked for the day and was told to bring back by 4:30.

Why does the system give customers false sense that items they need for the job will be made available? It should have been clear at time of booking that this location does not provide furniture blankets!
Oleksandr V.I got the truck with gas level less than half tank. When I returned the truck I filled it up more than half tank. And the lady at the counter claim they were too busy to check the tank and asked me to just leave the key there. Two days later I got the receipt with 27dollars extra charge for the gas up to 11 litre. This is so not fair.

They only have one moving cart for the whole location!! Since I am moving furniture, the moving cart is too small for the chore. Also no paper work printed from this location....Don't know what will happen if I don't have the document on my hand if anything happen.......This place is the worst Uhaul location that I have used.
Greg T.Make sure that the back door of the van stays locked and secure when driving. The van that I was driving did not stay closed and opened on the road, while I was driving to pick up the furniture that I had to move. The van was empty , but if it was full, it would have caused a mess on the street. So make sure that the back door LOCKS easily and stays locked .

The truck was not not clean, I found 3 used masks along with other garbage throughout the truck. check engine light was on and rear left turn signal was also broken making it a safety hazard (especially with merging on to the highway). I also had a hard time receiving the truck as I was told it is booked for someone else as well.(despite the fact that I called minutes prior to booking online and was told its available) I reported the truck as not clean and disputed the cleaning charge, but they decided to charge me the cleaning fee for renting me a dirty, unmaintained and unsafe truck.

Sangam K.This time I couldn't find that fuel line was correct that I left behind. Normally I would take a photo of fuel indicator bit this time I didn't. I am pretty sure that fuel indicator was more than 1/4 but in your indicator shows it is 1/8. And that cost for us +$30 fuel service and $23 fuel cost. This is not acceptable.

MICHAEL P.I needed a 15' truck and originally had that reserved. I lost that reservation just because I wanted to pick up earlier and did not see the fine print that you could modify just because I wanted to pick up earlier. Ended up with a 10' which did not meet my needs in terms of size.

After returning the vehicle I was told that the gas level was not the same as when I picked up the vehicle and was charged extra even though I had photographic evidence that it was the same.

When I tried to ask for clarification on my rental he answered abruptly and told me that I would get an email with all of the information. I will never rent from that location again.

I have to wait 20 minutes at the location while they tried to get online to your dealer site to finish the pick-up. when i returned the truck the app would not accept the photo of the dash to confirm the gas and mileage. when i tried to email a support note it kept telling me that my email address was incorrect. and finally when i received my bill you added a $15 insurance charge that i did not agree to pay (still waiting for a refund) this experience has been the worst i could imagined you have somehow took what every other rental agency does with ease and made it a very frustrating annoying process. I would be hard press to using your service angain.

Eric B.I have no problem with the location. I had great difficulty with the U-Haul website. I planned to rent the van for 6 hours to start at 9 am. The site only allowed me to pick as late as 6:30 am. The next time slot was 12 pm. When I picked up the van at 9 am, I was now left with returning the van at 12:30 which did not give me enough time to complete the job. When I protested about the problem with the website, I was told that the van had already been committed to another client and I had to come back on the time stated. It made for a very frustrated experience and not being able to complete the job at 3,5 hours when I needed 6.
CHHUNGSE B.Don't charge extra on customers credit card when they trust you and you have the card number ,I fill up the gas and give you the receipt I have the proof how much gas was in it ,I fill that much back in the tank and you still charge me $7,68 you shouldn't do that to me I want this money back on my card.
SURAJKUMAR M.It was quick, and efficient...the only problems was I booked a dolly and when I picked up the truck they said they didn't have any dolly, earlier the did but someone else took it. If it was booked already they shouldn't give or even offer To another customer.
