Train all employees that work at this location on how to complete rental transactions. The gentleman that waited on me was very courteous but not the agent for u haul. He instructed me to pay online on the u haul web. Had me text him pictures of my drivers license and the connection of the trailer to my vehicle. I drove away without a contract and later that night received an email stating my reservation was canceled although I had possession of the trailer. If not for the help of a very nice lady on Sunday afternoon 06/27/2021, this transaction would have been worse. She provided me a number to call early Monday morning to get this all straightened out.Barry M.
I originally chose another pick-up location. Got a phone call from Benita, who said the size truck I wanted wasn't available at that location, and we would have to come to this location to get our truck. Entire pick-up was a fiasco. Cashier couldn't get key box opened. We worked for almost 20 minutes before my husband was able to wrench it open. The pole where the key box was located was in shin-high grass, putting us in danger of snakes. Cashier did not examine the truck with us, which I'm pretty sure is this company's policy. Did not discuss gas tank, rules, insurance, nothing. However, when cashier called Uhaul to get us signed in, her phone said 'Benita' with a heart emoji. This tells me she was close to Benita. I find it HIGHLY shady that a Uhaul representative would require us to pick-up from a place she has personal ties with. The truck was parked in mud, and therefore we tracked mud all over the driveway of the house. The blankets we ordered were not in the truck. We had to go back in and request them. This entire interaction was a stressful ordeal, and I will never pick-up from this location again. I suggest that Uhaul look into the relationship between the owners of this place and your representative, Benita. I do not appreciate being required to drive further and use more gas to give business to your representative's family/friends.Valerie B.

First, there was no one present who could help us with our reservation. The person present had to call someone else and they discussed the rental over the phone. We waited and waited. Eventually the person on the speaker phone said it was ready, but we received no paper document. It was emailed. Later I noticed there was an extra charge for insurance. Now I have been waiting on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting to get the charge adjusted. Terrible service on pickup. However the return went well.Joseph L.

I was so glad that the location spot was still open. I was afraid that they would be closed as most places closed early on Saturday. Very nice and courteous people. They checked everything and they gave me the okay. It was quick and I was on my way.PATRICIA O.
