Charged for stuff I never agreed to. Wasn’t informed on what I was renting no paper work to sign saying I had the equipment. Called back to address the overcharge the answer I got was “you have the equipment it’s out of our hands now we can’t do nothing to help you”

Extremely rusty latch on trailer making it very difficult to open/close the door. No UHaul rep on site. Had to conduct the transaction over the phone with the "owner". Had to hook up trailer myself. No electrical connector available - had to take one off another trailer. This dealer should be shut down as it was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had

There seemed to be an issue when we arrived at destination. They said we went over our miles. It didn't seem possible. Upon mapping out our route, it only came up to 531 miles. The difference between the beginning and ending mileage was 46 miles over the 641 allowed.??? My son didn't verify the beginning mileage when he picked up the uhaul, so I wonder if the beginning number was entered incorrectly. There's no way he over ran his miles. He should have been almost 100 under.

Terrible support. I wasted more than 50 minutes of my time because you guys ask for the documents at the time of pick-up instead of before it. If the person chooses mobile app pick-up you should charge the card and request the photos.

When I went to pickup the truck the woman working the cash register had no idea how to help me. She tried calling some other workers but no one would answers their phones. Finally someone answer her phone. In the course of this event the lady at the cash register told me if she hadn't had someone answer I would not have been able to pickup the truck. Later in the day I checked my bank statement and I was charged $269.23. I had been quoted $177.00 plus tax. The insurance figure was never mentioned. We returned the truck the evening of the day we picked up the truck. I do not have a computer and the person working at the time of the rental was having a problem with the printer and could not print a copy of the agreement. Also, we returned the truck to the drop off place around 6:00pm so I only had the vehicle around 6 behours. Since I returned the truck the same day as I rented it I feel that there should be some type of a refund and for the known unknown insurance plan. Please give my request attention as soon as possible. Thank you.
