The lady who waited on me was great.
Charles B.I was supposed to return my rental to a location of my choice, but this was changed by UHaul to this location after my pickup. I received absolutely no help from the people on site. I backed it in, unhooked the trailer, and called customer service expressing my frustration. This location should stick to selling cigarettes and gas!

Sandra S.I had to drive many miles out of the way to pickup the truck. I was still over on miles & went directly to my locations. That added another fee. It would be much easier to refill gas if it started on a full tank.
Kathy L.I am somewhat disappointed!! We drove 2 hours to your location to pick up the truck. Then we had to drive clear across town to the moving location. In the process of driving we past several U Haul locations closer. Then when we drop off the truck I'm told that we exceeded our mileage. That is because we had to drive past all the other locations that was closer.
