I returned the UHaul at 12:30pm to the Mobile Gas, yet the Invoice says after 3:00pk so I was charged double. I filled the tank, parked it, and handed the key to the woman working the counter. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do and she said no, she checks it back into the system. I than had a UHaul rep call me later in the afternoon at 2:42pm and I called him back 2:58pm told him it was returned at 12:30pm, he said he had called them several times and no one was answering the phone. I am not impressed by being charged double, after the fact that I spoke directly to UHaul and said it was returned at 12:30pm.Amanda M.

Picking up the truck was stress free and quick. The return wasn't great. Had issues with the systems and spent over an hour trying to get in touch with customer service inside the store because of issues with my depositTaylor L.

Very unorganized filled stuff out on line then had to do samething again in store. Could not understand due to language barrier at pick up and drop off and they were getting upset because i could not understand what they were asking of me. My boyfriend was with me at the time and had a hard time with language. Truck was dirty garbage was left in it. Dog chew toy a used mask barretts and dog hair all over seats.Cheryl R.
The store is new and it was a bit slow due to the way the system is at the store but the gentleman was very kind and did what he could to help us out.. very friendly and I'm sure when they know the full system it will get easier.. other then that it was a great experience.. thank you!!Lisa L.

The vehicle was fine. Unfortunately, because the location has minimal staff (1) when we encountered problems with verification at the time of pickup, we kept having to step aside for gas customers and lotto. It took 45 minutes to clear the paperwork even though I pre-booked online. The girl was very polite and patient but still was not the best experience at pickup time. Great pricing!Carol L.

Trucks fuel was below its recorded level and I was charged for it. I took a pic. When i got there the computer had different info then my reservation. After the guy called uhaul on phone the representetive on the phone said it was fixed but was charging me an extra 120 $and did not want to fix it. Everytime I rent uhaul they try to scam some way they have zero coordination between their online registration and the actual retailers. I have rented a truck 8 times and have had 8 horrible experiences. They have zero transparency in their company and fail on every aspect with a complete loss of integrity. If uhaul went bankrupt I would not weep.Brock F.

Uhaul left me stranded for 8 hours on the side of the highway in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. They don't call back to your service calls, they are slow and they only have 1 tow truck company they use in all of southern Ontario. The uhaul representative even asked me if I would drive the uhaul truck with an extremely unsafe wheel bearing to a hotel (minimum 20 miles away down a major highway). The experiance was absolutely terrible, the truck I picked up had used car tires in the back, I got charged on my credit card as soon as I picked it up, shouldn't be till I drop it off?. I got 3 calls while I was loading my uhaul because they didn't think my equipment was dispatched and couldn't figure it out. After I was finished unloading my broken equipment at 5pm, nobody picked it up till the next day, because of a miss communication with the tow company on uhaul end. I can't believe they want me to pay for this, unfortunately they already took out the money. Also I for some reason now got an email stating I owe 109 $for the trailer being dropped off in the wrong location. The trailer was towed from my location. And I now see my truck rental is still active although I've returned my equipment I'll be posting this review everywhere on the internet unless my money is returned in full. I don't believe it's fair I pay 1 408 $for such terrible service and inconvenience. Paying to be stranded in the middle of nowhere for 8 hours without food, drink or anything. And no way to obtain it while I wait for a call back from uhaul. This all after driving 20 hours(1700kms) straight by myself and being only 3 hours to my destination.Joshua M.
