Inside had drink spilled on seats, floor and dash area.
CINDY BROUILLETTEThe location is a little tight, but it's at a Mobil gas station for convenience of filling up when you're done, or if you want to top it off. Gas isn't the cheapest, but close enough to it that you don't have to worry about price gouging.

Fred BrowningRepresentative was not there to help me with my order. Did it over the phone and forged my signature. Illegal and unacceptable. The brakes were also absolutely horrendous, as if they never did any maintenance on the vehicle.

Considering we did "mobile" pick up and drop off, to minimize contact with others during a COVID Pandemic, I found myself having to interaction with five different people onsite to communicate that we were self checking out, had completed our transaction, we noticed the truck was in disarray, full of trash and contained junk in the back and was unclean and not ready for pick up. I reached out to coustmer service after waiting for over 45 mins to provide some feed back. Customer service connected me to a service manager who was unintrested in our feedback or service experience. I was sadly let down by his experience.

James Websterwhen we went to pick up truck, gas station attendant was busy with customers, deliveries and other things so we didn't mind waiting... when it was finally our turn the attendant needed to call and "verify" that we are who we say we are and double check everything (even though i completed express pickup 12 hours before.) once we finally got the keys to this truck (almost an hour after our scheduled pick up) we go to put the dolly we rented in the back, the u-haul was unlocked, clearly being lived in by local homeless, fast food trash and clothes were in the back of the truck, along with leaves and debris. by this point i tell my boyfriend to return the keys, we're canceling the truck and finding somewhere else. we try to go to the other uhaul rental down the road.. while waiting in line to speak to the attendant i receive a call from the gas station uhaul, apologizing for the other truck and says they will get us into another 26' truck and apply a discount- so we give them another chance. we pick up the truck, move our stuff (an hour behind schedule) and when we go to return the truck at 5:30pm; there is no one available, and the gas station is locked. i'm aware you can return keys after hours, but by this point i don't know if dropping them in the box on the window is reliable or safe. while waiting on someone to show back up at the gas station, another customer is waiting to be able to pick their truck up also. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, after ALL of this, i was charged twice for my rental. 2 charges of $71,8 + $5,39 for gas. ALSO did not receive my "discount" that was spoken of. i called the Mobil gas station the next day (Tuesday) and attendant says he will refund me and add discount. it is now almost Thursday and i still have been charged twice. if someone from uhaul could please reach out to me and fix this issue i would greatly appreciate it. i've never had such a horrible experience with uhaul and no one should have to go through this, especially on top of the stress of moving. this gas station is not equipped to rent out these trucks, much less provide adequate customer service. thank you Corey Gannon contract #28716122
Benjamin BoutwellThe person responsible for renting the trucks was not on site. he had to be reached by phone and it took several minutes to do so. I was on a time crunch because I had movers to load my truck. My previous truck rental was cancelled due to Hurricane Sally. However, once the person was contacted, the process was done quickly.

Cindy BryantWish the rental truck is cleaner inside the back and the truck is newer for the price we had to pay. There was a visible newer truck in location but owner refused us to switch when it was requested. Otherwise glad that this location was open on Sunday.
Andrian PattingTruck had someone elses sunglasses and other trash in the cab. I also had to pick up the tow dolly from another location 15 miles away, then come back and pick up my car only to go back past the location where the tow dolly was. Wasted 45 miles and a lot of gas. U-Haul later charged me for extra miles, but also refunded it when I complained.
Sam GillissThe lady at the drop-off location spoke very little English. When I stated I had a truck to return, she had to call someone to find out what to do. She said give her the key. Later I returned when I figured out I had to initiate the return on my phone. Again she had to call someone. After I completed the return on my phone I returned the key to the lady. Then it took 24 hours for the return location to complete their portion of the return.

Beal Pkwy Fort Walton Beach 1) U-Haul needs to understand that not everyone has a smart phone. 2) The location you select online is not where your rental will be, and the employees engage in person phone calls instead of waiting on you. 3) The Beal Pkwy personnel gave directions to the wrong second pickup location (Beal Pkwy rating - Terrible). At the second location the employees didn't even know what there address was, wasting more time. (Old K-Mart building rating - rating - Very Bad). 4) I finally found my rental at the third location, which was over an hour from the original pickup time. Maybe I should get a smart phone. -- Not! 5) The rental was dirty and contained broken glass on the floor, that I cleaned up before returning. I rented for 24 hours and turned early after only 8 hours. 191 Eglin Pkwy rating - Below Average. What an experience.
James HensleyI was very disappointed on how much it cost me to do this move. I spent less money moving across 5 states than what I did in this so called local move. Actually my mom paid for this move and it was ridiculously priced. ??????

Dennis GarnoCould not pick up my uhaul for the first 13 hours due to it being locked up. Was sent 3 different places for the keys and was told the wrong location for pickup. Recieved a call 5 hours after dropping my rental back off because none knew it was returned. I have used uhaul several times and will not be using it anymore. The service is ridiculously crappy.
Jacob FryeThe person at the location was super friendly. Vehicle was dirty with noticeable issues. I had to drive it away in pouring rain with no pre inspection.

Henry JablonskiVehicle was dirty. windows left open so there was a ton of water and old mcdonalds left in the truck. Called after we start loading and said we need to return ASAP for maintenance issue or we would be "charged a lot of money". I couldn't just unload everything and return to start all over. Did not conduct walk around nor gave a print out copy of contract. Didn't discuss mileage either.

Sheila GeeslinHad zero problems pulling the trailer rental all the way from La to FL. Trailer pulled very well with zero incidents. Arrived at drop off location early and was promptly taken care of. Rental returned without incident.
