Location was dangerous and drop off location was not clear. In front of the building was crowded with parked cars.

The lot isn't very well marked or cleared out. The location is unfortunate as well since the lot is just a few parking spots on the side of the street in the middle of an intersection. I'm not sure how a truck larger than 10' would be parked because it would stick into the street. It took me about half an hour to figure out what was going on, get the truck parked, and return the keys to the drop box. Also I returned the keys in the middle of the day on Monday and had to use the drop box, which I thought was for after hours.

This is my first and last time ever using you y'all charged my card twice one for what it really was and another for some one else's mistake after letting them know what happened with the transactions I wouldn't recommend at all!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone in Atlanta to go to this location. They are definitely unprofessional, no one new how to check vehicle out, I had call and the lady o the phone coach them through and they still didn't check me out right. I returned the truck on time and they charged me a 20$ fee, I will be calling back in, I called in soon as I returned truck and spoke to someone bc I new they wouldn't do what they supposed to do. I am highly upset, I left my keys in uhaul and there was no one at location for me to get them back, finally got in touch with them, they are definitely rude.

If i could give negative stars i would! This is the worst experience ever! They made us wait for almost an hour to get the keys to the truck. The lady wasn't even at the office and charged the wrong and, then when we turned the truck in they didn't check it in and then finally checked it in after I called uhaul 14 days later and now are trying to charge us over $200 for fuel even though they said we only went 24 miles. That isn't even possible. They have yet to return my calls or even send a receipt for the charges they are using to charge me for.

Went to uhaul service at 2175 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta to be told my reservation did not go through because of a system down error by a women who could care less. I was sent to Donald lee hollowell where the process became very complicated to obtian a key. The buisness was closed. Finally after a hour I retrieved the key to a dirty truck with no gas. Never using uhaul again. Poor service. I did not even recieve dolly or appliance dolly I asked for.

The location was changed to this location from where I originally reserved and was difficult to find. When arriving at the location there was trash and other things obstructing the walk way to the U-Hail boxes to get the key. The location of the keys is about 2 blocks from the trucks which makes it difficult to make sure your truck is available. The truck was dirty in the cab and in the bay of the truck. They also didn't include the dolly that we reserved for our move which made it difficult. When alerting the location it wasn't included they responded 2 hrs later to say if we were still there they could give us one. It was not a good experience at all.

The person I picked the truck up from was very rude and disrespectful to me I had a reservation for 8:30 didn't get the truck till 9 because place wasn't open when the app clearly said they were open and after turning truck back in I spoke with someone at U-Haul who reached out to person I got/turned truck in to and the same person was rude and disrespectful to U-Haul reap who noted my account that I had turned truck in they verified that with U-Haul reap and noted account now almost 2 weeks later they apply extra charges I don't owe anything.

no parking on site, minimal instruction from U haul as to where to leave truck and find drop box at this strange location (spot to park and key box were 2 blocks from each other), storefront was not inviting or conducive to knowing that it was a uhaul location

It was listed as being open 8am -8pm that is why I choose this drop off location- but it was closed and I did the on-line drop off - but I had to call Uhaul to find out where to park the truck and how to do the drop off.

Location wasn't very well marked, and very difficult to find. Trucks were not located in close proximity to pickup facility which made finding the pickup facility even more difficult.

1. No one was there to talk in person and over key in person. After we completed all formalities, someone opened the garage door and handed over the uhaul truck key 2. We were unable to change the default mileage posted on the url link provided to us. 3. We had to wait for 30 minutes to reach someone and report the discrepancy. The rep. On the phone said they have made note of the mileage that we told while renting 4. While returning, again I was not able to do automatic checkout. It says daily mileage reported wa too high. This means no one fixed 5. I had to waste my precious time, go inside a dilapidated tire shop which was open at that time and report the issue In summary, my experience was miserable

Hard to find the actual office. The trucks are parked down the street and the Uhaul sign isn't clearly visible in front of the building. Otherwise excellent service.

They charge an after hours drop off fee of $20 even though I dropped the van off at 2:00 pm on Thursday. I have a picture time stamped showing the van at the drop off at that time

Several families were waiting outside of Mobile 1 for their uHaul, including myself for 30 mins in the hot sun. I did not receive the code to the box for the key so I called the number on the rental agreement and the voicemail told me to call another number. A lady got on the phone and was extremely rude because I questioned why the building had two neon lights on that indicated they were open but the building was locked. She hung up on me. Another family's uHaul was blocked in next to the building and what looked like a car someone was living out of. I texted the number this out of frustration "I'm reporting your terrible service to BBB, uHaul and the State. You will be shut down soon!" And this was their response "I don't work for Uhaul stupid. Idgaf who you call or report to. How the fuck you mad because YOU didn't do what you were supposed....just like black folk, always loud and WRONG! Go suck a dick cuz you sound like thats your cup of tea. I will still be here for a very long time  Self made and self EMPLOYED MF" . I'm following through with every complaint. They were very unprofessional and a terrible reflection of uHaul.

website stated location hours and we arrived at 8:00 am neon sign said location was open but it was locked. i called the location number and was told where to drop keys. last night, we received notification we were charged for dropping off 'after hours'. another frustration. chatted on line with uhaul and they could not find the charge; however, credit card shows pending charge for $20 would not recommend this location especially because of the charge and the false website information on hours of business; however, it was very convenient for our move

I planned my move from renting the truck with an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads. I set up the rental on Dec 3rd for Dec 14th!! I scheduled paid loading help at the originating location and final destination. I mapped out the pickup and drop off locations to account for mileage. I thought through and planned my move. I didn't plan on Uhaul messing up my plans. One day before my move I get a text message from Uhaul to call them about my reservation. I call Uhaul and they don't have my truck and equipment at the original location and route me a few more miles out. Note here's how much Uhaul cares - they need to change our agreement yet they don't call you, you have to call them and wait in hold! That should have been my first clue. So since I took a Lyft to Uhaul, I have time to look around the neighborhood as someone else is driving. The location I was rerouted too was absolutely in a very depressed area of town. I felt very uncomfortable in the area and the Uhaul office is a dilapidated and probably condemnable garage. If I had to pick up in the evening I'd been concerned if not downright scarred. Uhaul should be embarrassed to have this as a location. It's nasty dirty and reeks so bad smoke you will gag and be afraid to breath the air. So this deplorable Uhaul pick up location has the truck. But they do not have the appliance or furniture dollies or furniture pads! They have just a parking space for the truck! So as deplorable as the working location is the people there are nice. The lady gets on the phone with Uhaul and they try to find the rest of the equipment I reserved for my move. She calls one and there either not open or don't have it. She calls another and they have the items. They do not offer to bring them to me! Why do that since I'm the customer and I've already gone out of my way to change locations. It's now 10:25 and I'm meeting my movers at 11 am. And here Uhaul wants me to now chase down the equipment they were supposed to provide at the location. Did I mention they wanted me to drive in to downtown Atlanta! I picked the original location because it was away from downtown Atlanta. I declined based on that I already have a 30 minute commute back to my location as Uhaul as already moved me farther out and has wasted my time with delays trying to find what should have been provided as planned in the first place. I asked and received confirmation they would not charge me for the items not provided. I did receive that credit. Did I get a discount for my inconvenience? Nope! Luckily my movers had the appliance dollies but that delayed the move and I had to use my personal blankets to protect my items. Bottom line Uhaul doesn't care about your total move! As long as they get the truck rented at your expense of time and inconvenience they could care less. I'm sure they would have been happy to charge me for the others items had I taken my time and put mileage on the truck to go get they items from a third location. Horrible customer experience example! There are other rental truck companies out there that I will forever use and advise you to explore other options. It says it in their name Uhaul (you do all the work) and still pay them. Not ever again Uhaul.
