Sydney ChisangoThe truck size we reserved was not available when we arrived. We were not notified that it wasn't before we got there. We had to go with a larger truck and paid more than we budgeted for. We were not offered a discount on anything for the inconvenience.
Nikita BrownI was given this location 30 minutes away from my storage unit and I do not understand why I was given a location so far away. My move was last minute and extra stressful. When I called to complain, no satisfaction was given. I will NEVER use uhaul again
patti hoffmireI appreciate the opportunity to rent last minute and after hours. The self check in was smooth. What I did not like is that it's too dark and I felt a bit uneasy considering the building I'd in the back of the plaza. I suggest a lot more lighting.

MICHEAL DIMOCKShowed up at 4:15pm for a 4:30 reservation. Office was locked and I was unable to get keys to the truck. Had to cancel the reservation and go another direction. Won't use this company ever again

Luis PerezI was charged three separate times totaling over $200 dollars for a one day rental. When I called the location manager to resolve the issue she allowed her husband to agitate the situation. When I arrived at the location for pick up i was greeted by a minor that then called her mother on the phone to make my reservation.

LeCetra ReedFirstly when I went to the location I was told that my total bill was $2900 I even have a screen shot of the amount when reading to pay my bill was$ 3600 I asked y so much he doesn't know I went ahead to call customer service I'm yet to get anyone on the phone I have to hang up so now I'm very disappointed in u-haul system. They guy also let me leave my dolly I had to turn back after being there so long When I return the truck In the location in Fayetteville GA the place should be open at 10am i was there way before 9 am after training to do the drop box the app didn't work so I was unable to upload pictures and did my process, I stayed there for 2 extra hours no one showed up to open the store after calling customer service trying to see what's next they told me to leave keys not do what needed to get done in the app. Only to find out they tried to say im owing the $200 and something I'm very disappointed and definitely will not be using this company again. I would love to be getting compensated for this
TRACY PAULISTINIt was confusing to find the lockbox since visually, there's another dealer on the same strip. It was also on low gas when we picked it up, which was concerning since the first thing we had to do was find a gas station.

Angelica Andersonlocation needs to be better lit during pm hours at dark. I was 2 hours late on return due to inclement weather from 1-6 pm. I was charged a full day for 2 hours late due to weather. That is bad business.
Patrick SmithUpon arrival my truck was given away because I was late , the directions to the store are wrong. Also my debit card was charged $1400 qoute unquote accidentally with no real explanation! I reached out the Sapphire about my money and I received a called from Derrick saying I'm threatening sapphire I have receipts to prove no one threatened her. So that made me suspicious because why would someone lie about bringing false charges to a customer that's been overcharged $1400 please check your bank statements and be careful when using your debit card at this location. Unprofessional and it's best. Run away fast when they ask for your debit information.

Also I was charged for an extra day and on my rental receipt.. on 10/1 I reserved it til 10/3 midnight.. I guess they didn’t realize it didn’t read 10/2 @ 12:00.. I called the lady to let her know I’ve been charged extra but no answer.. I also left a voicemail explaining I was charged extra and I still have my receipt to prove.. but I didn’t get no return call.. next time I will reserved from an ACTUAL uhaul place

Michael AllenThe truck was sticky, nasty and smelled like mildew. They need cameras for that location. They over charged me, because someone put I returned 3days later. I only used it for 2 hours! Brought it back the same day! I will never use that location again!!

Darrell BarnesThey were not on time for my reservation. The truck was not cleaned and hardly no gas in tank. I returned the truck with half a tank and cleaned. They charged me a $25 cleaning fee because they said a mask was left in the truck . I called them and they said it would be credited back to my account and I haven't seen anything refunded yet. I will never rent from them again.

Tshai AdamsI scheduled a pickup time and no one was on site when I arrived. I had to call a # on the window of the store. When someone did arrive, I logged into the u-haul app to check in and encountered problems. Checking out was worst and I thought I might be charged extra for not completing the checkout process(I was not) on a positive note, the onsite person was very pleasant and helpful
