I really don't understand how Last week I got a U-Haul that was twice as big as this one for 24 hours and this week I got a smaller one and end up paying twice as much than I did for last one week . Definitely will not be using y'all services again nor will be recommending y'all to anyone else

I Had no issues with the Service that was offered to me. I had an issue with Well Fargo Locking my card. So that took me a while to get fixed. U-Haul can through for me in a clutch situation. I really appreciate the Service. Thank You.

I never got back my money for the dolly that i pay for and never got

The location looks gray/shade place and unsafe for normal family members to walk. There is no proper entrance to this location and no proper parking area in this location. We spent at least one hour getting into their parking lot. identifying the key drop place is another big trouble, it is not visible in the proper lighting area. Getting into a parking lot we burned more fuel than expected and due to that, I was charged an additional $20 in my final invoice. Not happy with this as well.

I would prefer to rent from a legitimate U Haul facility than a random auto repair shop.

There was no key drop off box, or at least it was not marked. The parking lot was completely full. I tried calling several times the day before to ask about the drop off process and no one answered. After I was eventually able to drop it off, I was charged an "after hours drop off fee." I was not aware that there was an extra charge for dropping off after hours. I thought that was the whole point of having a drop off box for the keys.
