The service was very good
osmond S.Clean the vehicle before the next person gets it and INSPECT IT FOR TIRE WEAR! The truck we got had nails in the back tires & the front tire had a bubble in it and the right front tire was hitting the fender because it seems someone smashed in the fender before we got the truck. We had to wait 90min for roadside to come & change 2 tires. The original location I had scheduled for pickup didn't have a truck, had to switch it to a new location. When it was switched my whole contract which I had already paid in full was changed to a 1 day rental, I had paid for 2, and the drop off location was changed. It was impossible to return to any other location so we had to drive out of our way to return to a very inconvenient location at 9pm. 2 people I would like to give a shout out to, Joshua Mercado, Area Field Manager to happened to pass us on his way home. We flagged him down & he stayed with us and helped us get service. He is a wonderful asset to UHAUL. Also, Sharon from customer service who was the one who helped get my bill straightened out after being charged ridiculous amounts. I would also like to say that I did use your Moving Help & fortunately both companies I hired were excellent.

MANUEL C.I went on day one, no keys to be found for the one truck they had. This was after I paid in full and called to confirm. The owner was more worried about feeding his kittens than helping me. The second day I went back and the contract had been cancelled and not rescheduled as I was told it was. I will never use this location or U haul again. There are way too many other options.

But we had booked online and were set with a certain size truck and a specific location but in the final notification both were changed which ended okay but if you allow us to book specifically you need to make the customer aware that it is pending availability. That is probably hard on the companies that have to handle the changes. Moes is the best they could with what they had to work with.
