I reserved a 10' truck at this location. Upon arrival, we had to wait for service. When taking the truck, we noticed there was a tire sensor that was lit up. They asked us to see if it could be fixed then noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not working. We waited over an hour for a replacement, they gave us a 20' truck which was unnecessary and more expensive, and still charged us for it. It took them 2 days to close the rental as well. Deplorable service, I will not be returning to this location again.

I was never expected UHaul place to be a gas station. The location was very far from sainte Agathe des Monts, and the cashier who works there had no information about the truck return.
EIJU -UHAL changed my dropped-off location after I singed and picked up the Car . I was on my way then i received a call from UHAL that i had to travel additional 30 KM to drop off the car . I found this unacceptable. I had to pay a local driver to drive me back and paid 60$ for it. So uHAL must reimburse me this fee and all the stress and trouble caused me

SENTIER DLe camion était pris dans la glace, Pas d'aide de la part du personnel en place, Doit retourner chez moi, Pour aller chercher de la pierre et de la poussière de roche. 45 minutes de perdu , le reste c'est bien passé
