The local guy at the store was great. However, I received a voice mail from a lady, stating that I had not pickup the uhaul truck yet and if i planned to. I call the number back and the regional manager answered the phone, personal i think this manager was a DICK over the phone. I just about didn't rent from uhaul, however i rented about 7 months ago from same location, so I went and talk the guy at Monaco store. He saved the deal for uhaul. The regional guy is still a DICK HEAD to me and I will never forget it either.

I made my reservation at highlands ranch location ten days in advance. You switched me to this location the day prior and by doing so cost me significantly more money due to the mileage of having to come back to my move location and return which added about 50 miles to my tab. Your customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful when I called. If I hadn't needed to do the move on that day, I would have cancelled. VERY FRUSTRATING and a rather unethical practice to charge more for a rental!!

Your reservation process is now awful. I reserved a truck 30 days in advance and the down sized me a few days before my rental. I should have gone with Ryder. I will next time. Also I rented pads and found out the day before this location didn't rent pads.

I would not recommend this location...the man working the morning I picked up was extremely rude, he literally threw the keys on the counter at me because I voiced my frustration about the mobile checkin. What's the point if you still need to go into the building to get the key and wait in line!?! He came out Into the lot as I was getting in the truck and came out screaming at me about how I yelled at him ...and he's just a guy making 15 an hour...excuse me, you are a guy who works for u-haul and I was the paying customer...so not an appropriate response, regardless of what I said or did

I reserved a truck and they were able to get me in and out quickly. They were taking very good social distancing measures so I felt safe going in. The guys working there were very friendly. I would recommend coming here if you need a truck rental.

My drop off time was 359pm and they closed at noon. Spent 36 minutes on hold to make sure I was dropping off correctly. I finally just had to leave it and go to the airport. I can't rate them because they weren't there. Will not use uhaul again.

The guy that checked me out was a jerk. He forgot my dollie. When I remember I had to go get it myself and load it in the truck myself. It's rather heavy. Then when I dropped of the truck they charged me for two gallons of gas. It was on full when I dropped it off. I rent 1-2 times a month and every time I rent from one of these little U-Haul places that are inside of another business It's a nightmare. Nope I won't go there again

This particular location is fine, but in general Uhaul has a lot of room for improvement. There is no security system for the van I rented and it was stolen. The staff was not helpful at all regarding this matter. I see from the internet that Uhaul trucks are stolen quite frequently which obviously causes a major problem for the victims. For $10 per month you can add gps tracking to your vehicles. I guarantee it would pay off. I will rent from your competitors whenever possible.

The people were polite. The windshield was bug splattered. I had to stop and clean it myself. My big complaint is that I had to drive to the opposite side of Denver to pick up the truck. When I made the reservation 5 wks ago you said I could pick it up 1/2 mile from my house. Then, at the last minute you tell me a location I would NEVER pick. U-haul will always be my LAST choice from now on. And, I used to get my bbq gas bottle filled at U-haul. I won't do that any more. You should have at least offered a discount from adding an hour and 15 minutes to my day and causing me to find someone to drive me over to the east side of Denver (and making me pay for their gas, too).

It was easy and convenient to reserve the van I needed, I picked it up with no issues, and returned it after hours same day. No fuss, no muss. Van was in good shape, and the whole rental process made that part of my move a lot less stressful. Great customer service at Monaco Tire & Auto, I recommend them highly.

I like the idea of the hand truck and pad lock that comes with the truck, nice touch. But may I make one suggestion? Place the hand truck on the same side as the gas filler tube. this way there will be an unobstructed area on the right side of the truck for long objects.

The person we dealt with at this location was great. However, we were disappointed in U-Haul because after confirming our reservation 4 days in-advance, we were then contacted via text less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to pick up the truck informing us that there was “trouble completing the reservation.” After waiting on hold and being transferred from one person to the next so that someone could figure out why I was calling the number the text told me to call, I was given no other option but to accept a smaller truck at a location 25 minutes away from where we were moving from. I don't understand the purpose of making a reservation if not for assurance that it will be fulfilled as stated in the numerous email confirmations I received between making the reservation and being called to tell me it was no longer valid. On top of this unprofessional inconvenience, I was called in the middle of the afternoon on the day we had the truck (while busy moving, as you can imagine) so that someone could discuss our drop-off location. I expected this representative to tell me there had been some change with that as well, but instead they were just confirming the location we already had in written, text, and verbal form. I did not think that call was necessary at all and it felt excessive. Perhaps the people making those phone calls could be utilized to drive the trucks to the locations where people have reserved pick-up? Then when we went to drop our truck off, the website was unable to detect our location regardless of our repeated attempts and after confirming location was set to ON on both of our phones. I am still waiting to hear back about whether or not we were charged the “convenience fee” for having someone else check it in the next morning since our automated version was ineffective. Next time I might just rent from Enterprise. They can be more expensive, but at least they are straightforward and reliable.

This was not the location that was in any way shape or form convenient for me to use. In fact I requested a different one from the leasing office multiple times and found the personnel to be extremely unhelpful. Not to mention, like I knew would happen, I was charged extra for miles that I would not have had to drive if I had been accommodated with a location that was anywhere near where I needed the truck. This is not a complaint of the location as much as uhaul as a company with awful customer service when the rental was being made. Dino was very pleasant and helpful once we had to drive clear across the city to pick up the least convenient truck uhaul could find for me. I would come back to this location for car service for sure but probably would avoid using uhaul again.
