The truck inside was filthy, the outside was dirty as well. We checked in online went to pickup and had to wait on the worker to come back to the office we were there over 30 minutes

The cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke & triggered my migraine. Maybe clean or air out the truck, because you cannot keep customers from smoking in them

Make sure that the clerk understands the drop off location. Because he didn't put me down for an in town rental when he was told that I will be dropping off in NC. As a result of this, I had to pay an additional 103.79 to drop it off. This is not how this business transaction should have went. I will not recommend this location without careful consideration.

Of no fault the rental facilities. The truck was in poor condition overall from a mechanical stand point. It was much older than many other I saw at the drop off facility and on the road. The steering wheel was out of alignment, the ride was extremely rough the truck was not lubricated and squeaked and raddled through the trip. This truck is no condition for a long haul trip like we made from ATL to CHS. Maybe for local type work only. I was very disappointed in the equipment

This location was locked and we did not know what to do and no one answered our calls or emails. There were other U-Haul items across the lot near an accounting business so we guessed ? We could leave it there but kept going back to check as this was not the address for the said drop off. I kept calling but never got an answer so I worried all night about someone stealing it but on the last try someone answered and said it'd be fine to leave it there. It should be stated that you don't have to leave it in the stated drop off so someone won't have to worry themselves like I did.

I have moved with u haul several times before and this location was the best yet. We dealt with the manager there Nick and he was very professional and respectful and had an amazing personality!! Highly recommend this uhaul branch!!10 stars out of 5. Equipment was very good and well maintained!!!????????
