It is important that any accessories ordered (cart, pads etc) are assured to be in the truck. The vehicle should also be cleaned inside the moving area before being rented again. Our truck had throw pillows from a sofa, plant dirt and leaves throughout the rear bed that had to be cleaned before using. Not sure if this location was responsible for identifying accessories or cleaning but the omissions doesn't speak well to our experience.

The truck didn't run well. The transmission needs to be looked at. Also, the cab could have been cleaner.

My reservation was for 9 am and the Monster Smoke Shop did not open until 10 am. I had to wait an hour for the store to open and get my get to the Uhaul rental truck. The truck was missing a gas cap and this was reported when I checked in.

Truck was clean. Ran okay. Pads were clan but not folded. Tried to make sure I folded them all before return. Check your fuel gauge. I refilled to higher than where it was when I picked it up and got billed for 3 gallons extra.

We had some trouble at the start, a lock that wouldn't open, but the team was able to help us get to a working situation and get us underway. I really appreciate the way that they helped us out.

The truck was clean in the driver seat, but when I open the back to put furniture in the floor was soaking wet and the covers were soaking wet so I took time out to dry the floor and the equipment. Not too happy with that.

I was charged twice for first payment with estimate waiting to see if pending second charge comes back to my bank account and the 16,48 that were returned from original estimate due to use less mileage.

Make sure all locations have adequate information about the vehicles they have in stock, also make sure all rental equipment is in good working condition

The UHAUL website allowed me to book an early pick up. When I got there the status changed that I was booked for a in person pick up and not mobile. I was 3 hours delayed.

There was no dropbox in my drop-off location. I first parked the vehicle and one day later I went there again to return the keys as it was after hours when I first went there...

Vehicle was "clean enough". Had some stuff in it that was easy enough to dispose of. Location was convenient & the staff was very nice. I'll rent again

When I selected this rental online it said I could pick up the vehicle at 8:30am with my phone to check in. It said there was no need to go in the store to talk to someone. When I showed up at 8:35am and checked in with my phone, I got a message that said "the store is not open, come back at 11am." It's EXTREMELY aggravating that they A. Advertise non-contact phone pickup and don't in fact offer it and B. They allow you to reserve a pick up time online that they don't really in fact offer.

The cashier was not knowledgeable about filling out my info and it ate into my driving time by about 30 minutes but other than that it was a great experience

Vehicle was very noisy during entier time. Feels like muffler was broken or leaking.

Monster smoke shop was awesome and had the best customer service. It was my first time renting a truck and they made it easy and stress free. They assisted with all my needed and helped me tremendously! I definitely would recommend!
