I reserve my truck at #16 when arrived closed Had to find another location very inconvenient

JOHN GILBREATHBetter maintained vehicles. Check engine light, low tire pressure light, and radio was inoperative. The employee that helped me was knowledgeable and courteous, and the process was easy even though I didn't have a reservation.
Brandon BoikI have the U-Haul rented for 24 hours. I called in to customer service at U-Haul and extend it for an additional 24 hours. It was notated on my account that I was to turn it in before 4:00 PM today. Upon arrival at the rental location the store owner charged me for three days. I was only supposed to be charge for two days. I would like a reimbursement. For the additional day I was charged since I did return the vehicle before 4:00 PM today.

David PortilloI reserved a 15" truck with furniture dolly. Then was told the truck size I needed was gone and I got a smaller truck which was more expensive then the online price I was given and no furniture dolly was available and I was still charged for it. Hopefully I get my refund.

STEPHEN LEELocation is super sketchy. They didn't have ramps for the trucks and didn't offer a military discount like it said they would online.
Allison GrittThere was liquid leaking out of a bottle of water in the cup holder when received truck and green tag was tampered with and strategically placed that you could not tell unless looking. Did not notice e until I was sweeping out truck. Staff was nice and helpful.

Jose ChavezWe did truck share and pick up/drop off at 6pm and then after hours. This location was nice as far as needing to get the truck and go. The truck had drink spilt on the door and at the pedals when we picked up. Also had moving blankets and a dolly that we didn't pay for lol. No other issues and got the job done.

JAMES CARPENTERThe location and truck were good, but I also reserved some moving dolly's. I called them to verify the morning of pick up and they informed me they didn't have dolly's. I was left to scramble about how to move the furniture. I found an alternate pick up for the dolly's, but I had to drive to a different location which was an inconvenience and not in my plans. The workers were nice and courteous and professional, but the last minute changes left me stressed.
Dominique WilliamsWhen we arrived a DAY early, we were told that we couldn't leave the truck at this location because they didn't "have room" for it, despite the fact they in fact DID have a whole parking lot. They wanted us to take the truck to leave it at another location. If we would have done this, we would have been charged an additional fee! Ridiculous! UHAUL clearly needs to get their shit together. We will NOT be renting from them any time soon after our shitty experience last weekend!
