Tell customers to go to this location. I started at Mt Miegs Thrift Store location and the tow dolly was unserviceable (not safe to drive), which I discovered, not the manager. They charged me for the full amount and an extra $10.80 that now I have to spend my time and dispute. The Catoma road rental was quick and safe. The manager was knowledge, rented me safe equipment, and got me on my way quickly. I would rent from the Catoma location again.

Mobile service would not start process of picking up truck. Tire store pick-up not open. Called U-haul for help, but took multiple attempts to connect. Picked up truck, but no pads, no furniture dolly, and no regular dolly that ordered when reserving truck. Called U-haul and directed to pick up accessories at another facility. Went to pickup accessories which took about 30 minutes because agent wanted to charge me for the accessories. The agent could figure out how to process accessories without charging me for the accessory rentals. The told me that I would have to bring the accessories back to the second location and drop off the truck at the original location or I would be charged for the items. Completed move in the pouring rain and attempted to return the accessories to the second location. The agent would not accept the accessories. I kept the accessories and returned the truck and placed the accessories in the back of the truck. I was charged for 1-2 miles even though part of the miles were used to pick accessories that were not with the truck when i picked it up. I think I deserve a full refund due horrible a experience with this U-haul failure. Please contact me for other information.

Not the location I reserved. Neither of the two trailers available were in working order. Took over an hour to get the Fixed. Another half hour for paper work that was done in advance on line and by phone. There is no excuse for people asking a customer to leave with substandard equipment.

Was OK for a walk-in rental, but would not be my first choice. Was put on the phone with UHaul rental agent, then had to ask for receipt. Helpful otherwise.

Upon arriving on 10-16-18, at 4:27 pm no one was at the office. We parked the truck and trailer and had to come back the next day to close the contract and turn in the key. However, the next day upon arriving customer service was very helpful. Things to improve: 1. Stay open the posted office hours.

This location was ok. Access was easy. But it was not close to me and I did not request it. It added miles to my trip. I went over the miles allotted and got charged. The personnel at the store were superb. I also requested a 19’ truck and received a 15’ truck. I tried to call your “customer service for existing reservations” 3 times and was on hold for 30 minutes EACH. Don’t bother to say you have customer service on the phone: you don’t. Also, when I tried to call my preferred location to find out about truck availability, I was told that I had to reserve a truck and would find out later if I could have it. Bad system. I should be able to find out what is available on what day so I can adjust my days with the truck I want.

No one was available upon arrival. A mechanic shows up after I was standing there for 3-5 minutes. The service personnel was not knowledgeable of anything. He did not give any details, ask for any identification or show any level of competency. This level of ignorance was not helpful for my knowledge of how the process work with uhaul.

First of all, this was not the preferred location for pickup! Did not have appliance dolly as reserved upon arrival even though I called the day before to make sure. I was instructed by manager Scott that I would have to travel to another site to pick up an appliance dolly if I wanted to get one. What’s the point of a reservation. Very unprofessional; never again!
