My only complaint is that I should not have been charged mileage for the round trip difference in miles between the location where I reserved a truck and the location I was subsequently rerouted to.
Wasn't sure where to leave trailer. Looked through app and signs on door and couldn't find best place to leave.
The owner was very helpful to us old farts.
We were missing an attachment to our truck that we had to buy. It would be nice if that locstion sold those attachments if they commonly rent out trailers

Your computer program kept giving an error. I have a Subaru Outback 2016, and have used to 5 by 8 in clothes trailer, several times with this car. However, Thislast time, your computer program, continue to say that but pasty is wrong for the equipment. You're personal had no clue what that message meant. Thankfully, miss did not prevent me from giving the trailer.
Attendant was very friendly and helpful. Was open when he said he would be. Cleaned out truck and checked fluids before hand. Truck worked perfectly.
Terrible experience. There was no one there when I tried to pickup the UHaul and no one called me the day before to tell me of any issues.
The customer service at this location is excellent.

The billing structure confusing me, maybe because it defaults to a 6 hour rental for $29.95. Yes, I had the truck for 12 hours, but was charged an additional $59.90, not $29.95 x 2, and for what again? Oh well, I needed a truck and U Haul is one of only a few providers so i am stuck

No improvements needed! Staff was extremely helpful especially with the 24/7 ride share! Truck was extremely well kept and clean and everything worked flawlessly. Moving went extremely easy! If you need some good folks to help you out. These are those people. Will be back whenever I need equipment!!
