Difficult dropping off as no drop box due to storm. Had to return the following day - business was vacant. Called number to have someone take key from me. Employee very helpful.

The windshield needed scraping, and there was no brush included, which would have been very helpful. The tires were inadequate for what little ice and snow was encountered. The vehicle was clean and powerful, though. There was a dolly which, had it been needed, would have been appreciated. It started and ran well.
