Have more lower rate vehicles there and when a customer ask if your business has a truck rate that's lower then the rate I got have it more accessible for your sister location to have it at a faster time then having to go to another location .further away more inconveniences you would make more money if a customer ask for a vehicle and it can be sent within minutes instead of hours from same town .

Reference contract #21539625 on 29 April 2018. I placed this order online and was supposed to pickup the trailer at Chase Park Office Center and Storage @ 912 Winchester Road at 4:30 PM on 29 April 18. I received a confirmation that verified this information on 23 April 18. When I arrived at that location there was a sign on the door that directed me to 5108 Colemont Ln. Suite B in Huntsville. This location was approximately 1/2 mile away. When I arrived there this location closed at 12 noon. I called your 800 number for customer service and per the recorded instructions pressed 3 for an existing order. I was not connected to customer service and the recording started over again. I tried all of the other menu options and would end up with the recording starting over. I finally searched for another location and found the Moores Mill Community Grocery on Moores Mill Road. They were able to transfer my existing contract to their location and I might add were quite helpful. I have used U-haul many times in the past and I am quite disappointed in your customer service for not being able to help me with this problem. I never received any correspondence that the location changed nor the fact that the new location closed at 12 noon. I will have to think long and hard before I use U-haul again in the future. I am very disappointed.

It is hard to recommend improvement from my experience. I waited until the last minute on July 4th and had to accept a large truck but then again I waited until the last minute on July 4th. The staff was absolutely friendly and wonderful to deal with. Next time I need a truck I will use this location and plan ahead so I can get exactly what I need. The personnel were just wonderful people.

I was set to pick up my Uhaul at 8am at a location less than 3 miles from my home. I get a message at 745 stating that my new pick up location is nearly 25 miles away and now I could not pick up until 10 am thus really setting back my move day. I called customer service only to get transferred without apology on the matter. I was promised a $75 dollar discount for my troubles to which WAS NOT given to me when I checked my statement this morning. I have used Uhaul for every move and this may be my last time doing business.

well the truck was dirty, the miles was way off, the gas was below full instead of full like the paper work said. They did not do a walk around with me. just gave me the keys and sent me on my way.

The employees did not seem to know the rental process at all. The store was a gas station and we had to sit in a dim and cluttered back room. The employees did not walk through the process or the paperwork, just assumed we knew what everything shahid and meant. Plus, even with the lack of explanation, checkout process took longer than expected due to the lack of knowledge from the employees.

The Moores Mill Rd was the 4th location I was sent to in order to locate a 6x12 which I had supposedly reserved via phone from Nashville at 8:37am, I finally got to this small location, which should run your company, @1pm-they were perfect. The 1st place offered no explanation why the trailer was unavailable other than it had been rented while I was on the road! My name & number were in the computer. Onto the 2nd location. It is a shit-hole & was not aware I needed it 1-way back to TN. They sent me to your 3rd location, a nice place, but they immediately told me the have NO enclosed trailers and were dumbfounded that I was sent there! However, they were able to get me to the 30minutes away location, one I passed on the way in from Nashville, which was great. So, make it clear what is necessary to reserve a damn trailer and put the moores mill location in charge of uhaul-Huntsville. I'm just glad I don't have to use you all too often.

The store was unable to generate a printed contract because of some kind of software glitch which they had recently experienced with other customers . I was scheduled for a 5pm pickup of a trailer and I left this location around 6:45pm.

An old country store with one attendee present, who was captive to the cash register. Courteous, but not very attentive to documenting return mileage or inspecting equipment. Customer had to push for adequate documentation.

I reserved a 26 foot truck a month ago to be picked up from uhaul in south huntsville which is one mile from my house and one mile from where I was moving from. Two days before my move you guys called me and said I wasn't getting what I reserved but was getting a 20 foot truck and I had to drive 22 miles one way OUT of my way to add Moore miles I had to pay for to pick up a truck that was way too small for what I needed. Completely dissatisfied with my experience.

I reserved my truck about 8 miles from my home..when time to pick up was told where it was..it was about 40 miles away across Huntsville...an hour away and 4 hours later than i requested...poor operations and service handling

As usual, my service was exceptional. I originally wanted a 4x8 trailer, however, Tabitha did not have on available & I was forced to order a 5x8 instead. Later in the week she was able to get the 4x8 & adjusted the reservation for me. It's the little things that count & matter to me that means so much.

I have been using the U-Haul services for several years & Tabitha Townsend has always been a great associate. Although there are locations closer to me I prefer to go out of my way for the excellent service I receive Moores Mill Community Grocery.

The location where I picked the rental up was very friendly and accommodating, however the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance and I received an email less than 12 hours from my requested pick-up time notifying me that instead of picking up my rental at 7a.m. I could pick it up at 6:30 p.m. and return it at 4:30 the next morning. Of course the time that I received that email the does were closed and spoke to several people of whom could not hello us other than to call back at 7 in the morning to see if reservations could help us. Well a truck just so happen to show up early and was able to get it. Do this caused me to start moving 2.5 hours later than I wanted and caused me some problems with getting to work on time Sunday. After this experience, first I hope I don't have to move myself again, but if so will probably not use U-Haul. All we seemed to get was oh sorry, this is all that's available, no let's see if there is another solution as in maybe a smaller truck and a trailer or 2 smaller trucks. They seemed unwilling to look for solutions a little outside the box.

Bad experience at this location. Owners of store were out of town and uhaul failed to communicate with the store. They made us a reservation at the location at 9am and the location was not opening until 11am that day. Lack of communication was the problem.

This location was not acceptable for us. It was 20 miles away, and the week before we were scheduled to pick up the truck the location changed several times. We didn't find out until 3 hours before we were able to pick up the truck. This was not acceptable and made the moving process more stressful. We would recommend this location for people in the area as the worker was very helpful in the renting process.

The two people running the Grocery were very friendly and helpful. The issue was UHaul changing my pick-up location the day before my pick-up. I understand that the truck I rented was given to someone else, but the other location was 20 minutes away from my moving location as opposed to across the street like the first location. I did not plan for the addional hour.
