Tirsa GThis location and the service representatives were great. Clear communication and responsive. Other moving equipment was not available at the location. Had to pick up at another location on Airline as well which had the probably most difficult representative. Very rude and unprofessional.

Diane PI rented the 26' Uhal truck and when I went to pick the vehicle up from the Perkins location the truck had not been returned yet and the employee called the people to ask if they were coming and they said they were not going to be able to return it. So she gave the Airline location and saw they had a truck and I was able to pick that one up. I would recommend giving the person with a reservation a call if the truck was not returned on time for their reservation and direct them to a different location to save time.
Hayden AI was very pleased with the location and the help that was given when returning this trailer.
James SI called Morales Inc after my scheduled reservation was not ready at Southbay Auto. The young lady explained to me that she had a truck available and who I should call to have my reservation switched. She was equally helpful at check in. Great job.

Chiang LBest uhaul experience I have ever had and not only were they great but was able to provide last minute truck after Budget couldn't fulfill their booking rental. Have used uhaul many times and thought that bc they changed a little that the price would be too high due to amount of miles I had to drive but they were fair and BEST SERVICE EVEN AT LAST MINUTE! Will never use any other rental service again but Uhaul. Thank you guys so much. Really made my daughter's moving experience pleasant after purchasing her first new home!!!!
CRISTY CThis location suppose to be 24/7 drop off but. Code is needed to drop off after hours which online it doesn't have that indication. So we was stuck more than two hours at this location and customer service transfer department hung up on us because it turned 8 pm with out being helpful . Finally a person came by to drop there truck off and knew the code . Drop off online internet wouldn't work and had to call customer service to do drop off . Took us more than 2 hours to drop off .Terrible exp
Jaron G24 hour drop off, but the gate was locked and there was no instruction how to proceed with the drop off.
Scott DEquipment was janky, had a lot of problems with ramp returning to storage position. Was told pu/do location was 24/7, and they have a 24/7 key drop off box, but the gate was closed and locked with a padlock when I returned with the truck.
AMANDA SDrop-off location also had excellent customer service, our rental was in their system, they showed us where to park the trailer, printed & emailed our return invoice & we were done. Over all was a great experience from start to finish.

Terry GDisappointed in the service received. Specifically, when I got the vehicle and started to pull out, I noticed a check engine light on. Went back in and spoke with the lady. Said she didn't know anything about it and suggested I take the vehicle and If I had any problems along the way to just call UHaul Roadside Assistance. It wasn't until I pressed her that I was able to get a different truck.

Gibert FCustomers need to be told there is a lock on the gate after hours and how to get in when choosing this facility. We were fortunate enough to have someone else dropping off their truck who had the lock code.

Jacie GThe rental agent connected the trailer chains low and when I said something she said I can reconnect them. Also, she didn't check the trailer lights and I had to ask her to do that. I also rented a utility dolly which wasn't given to me and I had to come back to pick it up.
