I've rented a trailer quite a few times over 20 years and I thought this place was great. They told me things I the other rental places failed to mention . Example, they verified i wanted the insurance i took when applying online, suggested taking a picture at drop-off for proof, recommended using the U-Haul app for calling the trailer off rent. Appreciated it.

Assure mechanical components of trailers have been properly maintained. Ratchets on the auto hauler were rusty.
